Very quick turnaround to rebuild an old watch of mine. Fash, honest, and top notch quality. Everything that you could ask for and more from a local, independent jeweler. Will be going back again.

I needed a few repairs and when the repairs were done everything looked beautiful Like brand new! They are the best in town! Couldn’t be happier! JD and Shelley are the nicest people too! After hearing so many good things about this jeweler my wife need an earring repaired. We stopped in and the owner J. D.took her of us immediately and went to work on it. Not drop it off and come back later.

Yes they do very good work. Yes you'll wait for it. Yes you'll pay DEARLY! They're socially nice people and they price gouge in business.
I left a watch that had the start of a Crack so they replaced the face $75. Good job didn't price complain. Had a simple catch repaired on 14k chain just under $100. Had a ring the diamond fell out AND I HAD The diamond.they replaced it cleaned it, waited a few weeks, and charged me $150 plus tax!

They did an amazing job! And fixed my broken 14K name plated golden chain. Picked up my chain today and it couldn’t look any newer. Very polished and shiney. I definitely recommend this place for any type of jewelry repair! JD did an awesome job.

JD and Shelly were amazing to work with for my engagement ring. Extremely knowledgeable (and willing to help when I did not know much), very trust worthy, and overall made a stressful process streamlined and easy. I was willing to drive over an hour four different times just to use Cousineau Jewlers.

I have a watch, which my husband bought me 20 years ago, and surprisingly I had lost the glass on the front of it. So, I went to Cousineau Jewelers to have it repaired. The people I talked to were so welcoming, even though it was my first trip into the jewelry store. I was called in just a few days and my watch was repaired! When I saw it, my watch looked clean, new and shiny! I wear it every day and appreciate so much the wonderful care that was taken on my watch. I also talked to a woman there, since I wanted an abalone pendant, and she was very friendly and took time to find out just what I was interested in. I will go back to the jewelry store and already have recommended it to friends.

The staff at Cousineau Jewelers were wonderful. I came in for a minor repair to a latch on a bracelet. They not only fixed the latch, they cleaned and polished all my jewelry, as well as gave me some great advice on some of my other jewelry. I recently moved here and was looking for a jeweler and now I have found one! They carry a nice variety of unique items, definitely not cookie cutter items you see at chain stores. If you are looking for an expert quality jeweler, Cousineau Jewelers is the one!
