Alyssa was the stylist that my daughter recommended. She is professional and fun and friendly. She did not make fun of my hair like a lot of stylists at other places do. She said my hair color is pretty and my grays are in style. So there, other places! This is my new go-to salon. I hadn't had a haircut in 3 years and I looked like a hermit. Now I am gawjuss! I’ve been residing in Port St. Lucie for several years now and have struggled to find a stylist that can bring my hair to life. Well, I finally found my person. Alyssa did a phenomenal job hand crafting my balayage. She was thoughtful, kind and professional every step of the way. In fact, all the staff were very polite. As soon as I arrived one of the ladies working at the front desk offered to refill my up of water. This salon has a very talented staff and are always welcoming new clients. I would highly recommend this salon if you’re looking for a dependable location with results guaranteed. I’ve posted a before and after for your reference.

I have curly/coarse hair that hadn’t been properly cut in over a year. Morgan did a fantastic job with my haircut! I wanted all the dead parts cut off and have it properly shaped up so my curls will fall better. Morgan did exactly that and I couldn’t be happier. Morgan was also very knowledgeable about curly hair, which is hard to find. Morgan was also very punctual for my appointment time, was warm/friendly and made me feel completely at ease. Will definitely be coming back!

I loved my first visit here. The salon has a great, friendly vibe, they're very knowledgeable about the products they sell, and my stylist Alyssa was excellent and sweet. Everyone seems to have everyone else's back and they make a great team. I'll definitely be back!

I screwed up my hair by cutting myself ‍. Morgan not only fixed it, but my color was on point and I LOVE LOVE LOVE MY HAIR!

I have been a client of Couture’s from the day they opened. The consistent professionalism, clean environment and knowledge of my needs have always been held in the highest regard. My highlights are consistently complimented by others and I genuinely refer them all to Couture. I live in Tampa and have no problem driving three hours, along with some of my other friends, for the piece of mind that our hair care will be managed by the best! The owner Kristen of this salon is extremely rude and unprofessional. My hair consultation and stylist Allyssa, was very nice. Unfortunately she was unable to achieve what was to be a full head of highlights, though the owner thought it was ok to charge me 245.00 for the process, I will attach a photo of the out come if possible. To me if a customer is not satisfied with there hair and even embarrassed to be in public with the out come some resolution should be provided other than that’s the process and you pay full price for feeling awful on how you leave the salon. I have had no issues at other salons achieving a full head of blonde highlighted hair. Which I had to pay another 175.00 to have another hair salon achieve the blonde highlights. Allyssa the following week was to finish my makeover with hair extensions, she did and they came out very nice. The agreed upon price for the install was 450.00. When it came time for check out, I had the 450 in cash and a fifty dollar credit with salon, 450 for my hair and fifty for Allyssa. The bill came to 650 dollars to my surprise. I explained to the stylist what I had, she immediately went to Kristen the owner her response coming to the register not even making eye contact with me making me making me feel beneath her, was to pay the 650 or she would cut my extensions out. Which was a very unprofessional response, I’m not sure how she gets away with treating people like that but I will definitely never be going back there. Think twice before doing business here. Kristen does not care what the customers think only about making her money!

I came to this salon to have my grays covered and highlights added, no cut or blow dry. MISTAKE! My stylist Alyssa advised to do high lights and a toner would be what I needed. I left with my hair mostly wet because she said it would be another $30 to blow dry. By the time I got home and looked in the mirror my hair was almost white 2 inches down around the crown. I called Alyssa and she told me to come back and she misunderstood, She then added low lights and a darker toner. My hair is now dark all over with my previous highlights dark also. I paid $170 then tip and no highlights and all my grays showing and my hair is a very uneven odd color. I have never complained or had such a bad experience in my life. Excuses made saying she was doing gray blending, which I did not ask for or want. I wanted no grays. My hair is now breaking around the crown and I am at a loss. Please do not go to this salon. I understand mistakes can be made, but they will not correct them. They will try to make it the customers fault. At the very least, put what you want in writing!

I was nervous about cutting my hair after growing it out over the past year but Valerie was very kind and helpful in making me feel comfortable and now my hair looks healthier than ever! I love my cut and will 100% go back to see her. Everyone there was really nice!

Great salon with great staff. I did a full head of blonde highlights with a glaze and Megan did amazing! Price was comparable to what I have paid in the past at previous salons so no insane prices. Will definitely be going back and would highly recommend!

Went to this salon on June 29th for my bday, i got my hair done by a new stylist (who doesn't work there anymore), but it wasn't to my liking, I came back to the salon after complaining about my hair, I wasn't expecting much, but what I got was excellent service and my hair looks wonderful! They fixed my hair free of charge! And it looks better then I expected! My hair stylist was bubbly and cute and she worked diligently to get my hair to my liking, I will be a permanent customer! Thank you so much

Went for a cut only and specifically mentioned it upon my arrival. No blow dry needed or desired at this time. Upon a charge I was told it would be $45 dollars. I then asked what the price was for a cut AND blow dry and was told $45 as well. My hair is long and thick and would have easily created another 45-60mins worth of work if it was blown dry. Spoke with the owner and was dismissed immediately.
Was actually very pleased with the cut and the hairstylist but unfortunately they have lost my business for the future.
Shame. I had already added and additional $50 worth of products I was going to buy and decided to take my money elsewhere.

Fantastic experience every time! Kirsten does my hair every time. I always leave the shop with exactly what I want. Everyone is so sweet and great personalities.

These ladies know their colors and their products. They give you true and honest suggestions with your hair. Not only do they cut, color, and style, but they also have hair extensions and hair straightening available, with one product specially made for blondes, so that it does not turn hair yellow. They are very friendly and caring to your hair needs. Excellent customer service!
