If I could give 0 starts I would, they have false information that they are going to give you a free facial, they charge you $25 of deposit and THEY NEVER CALL YOU OR TEXT YOU to remain you of your appointment, and of course you are not going to get your money back. I do not recommend.

BEWARE … bad service. I had an appointment for botox and they did an awful job. They refuse to fix the issue. Stay away from this place the owner Diane will not even take your call. Go to a place where they have experienced people who are professionals. Too many good places to waste your time here.

When I signed up, the lady that signed me up said that I will have two months free and I wouldn’t be billed until 2 month. My credit card was charged the following month and I tried to dispute it with the manager and I signed the contract. They were rude and hung up the phone on me. Make sure your getting what you been promised and not sign away. I won’t ever sign another contract with them again.

It was my first time here to get a facial and I absolutely loved it. The attention was so professional and friendly and I recommend this place to everyone.
The receptionists were very friendly and polite
The esthetician was amazing and very gentle. I felt so relaxed that I could have stayed there all day

WOW! What a beautiful place The staff was very friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable. They offer so many different things. Taylor did am amazing job on my Botox. Tim, the owner was so kind. Can't wait to try some of the other services they offer! I would recommend this med spa 100%.

I came here for the second time and Mak was amazing her hands are so soft and I felt so comfortable here. Highly recommend for everybody. The spa is beautiful. Mak is my number 1 for facials.

The place is so clean and big. The staff is knowledgeable and kind. Also so many deals happening right now. I got dysport and didn't hurt at all. I recommend coming here for any of your injectable needs

It was a really nice experience. Everyone at this location was extremely helpful and super sweet! Was hoping there was a membership with facials and some type of add ons. Will definitely be coming back to this location if I feel like pampering myself again! Thanks for the first time pleasant experience

I was extremely pleased with everyone’s service today, from the time I walked through the door speaking with Taylor to the initial consultation with Alison over to my first ever facial with Mac. Saw this lil gem, as I was leaving a store nearby and decided to pop in and check it out.
The staff was so welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable. We discussed treatment options and I made an appointment for a consultation.

My consultation was with Taylor.
She is so sweet and really listened to my concerns. We made a plan and I soon started treatments with her.

She really knows her stuff! She’s been doing laser treatments to lighten some sun spots on my face and Botox around my lips, to help, with the wrinkles, so many of us get, as we age.
I’m THRILLED with the results!

All the ladies are wonderful and they offer lots of other treatments too!

I wish I could give zero stars. I have gone to couture Medspa for many years at different locations and have never had an issue. I would never schedule with this location again.
