Rude. Rude service, rude wedding coordinator, rude at the end of the evening, just rude.half hearted effort on multiple fronts wouldn’t light the outside up for guests, filthy bathrooms, starting taking decor down before the wedding was over… and the staff was absolutely rude.

I had my wedding at this venue and words can’t describe how beautiful and perfect everything and everyone was. The owner was absolutely wonderful and hard working making everything perfect which was. All the decorations, lighting and space was so pretty and has a great rustic touch. Outside view was breath taking and looked amazing in photos. I was able to get many great photos with the view and lake. I highly recommend Covington farms and I promise you will have no regrets! You’re wedding will be perfect and beautiful just like mine was! They also have great packages that provide most vendors and has area for the bridal party to get ready and take photos.

My daughter recently had her wedding here and this place is absolutely gorgeous and breathtaking. There are no other words to describe how beautiful this place is, it's as if you walked onto a piece of heaven. The owner (Barbara) made all my daughters dreams for her wedding come true. It was the most amazing experience that anyone could ask for. Everything went absolutely perfect and our guests have not stop talking about how magnificent the entire venue and reception was. I highly recommend Covington Farms for your wedding.

Very disappointed for my now sister-in-law and the bridal party. We were told we could get ready in the bridal suite upstairs and an hour in, were told we need to vacate immediately and pack our stuff. From the very beginning, this venue was a nightmare. There were no caterers who wanted to work with this venue (for good reason) and my brother and his wife were scrambling to find a caterer towards the end. The owner, or “neighbor” complained of the noise from her own wedding venue, and made the DJ turn off the music outside and lower the music inside. The owner! The owner also told my partner that, because he was outside getting a drink after cocktail hour, the “bridal party is waiting on him and that he can’t get the drink the bartender was already making. That, on top of being kicked out of our promised bridal suite, was just ridiculous for the price they ask for. Yes, it is beautiful, but the owner was quite rude, things promised were not given, and of course, the bride’s needs were not met as they should have been.
****This was previously posted, however when I posted it the owner threatened to sue my brother and his wife.
Please consider all of this when deciding where to get married.

Covington Farms is absolutely beautiful! The owner, Barbara, is super helpful and accommodating. Our coordinator quit (no notice) a few weeks before our wedding. Barbara made sure we knew she was going to take care of us and everything would run smoothly. It also stormed on the day but they adjusted timelines so we could still have the outdoor ceremony during a clear patch. I will say having a day of coordinator would have been helpful. We weren’t sure when we should be downstairs, or where to go for our entrances after cocktail hour until our DJ came over to advise us. But not their fault the coordinator quit! Overall we feel very lucky to have been married on this property. They really do want your day to be as beautiful as you dreamt it to be!

Went to my friend's wedding there had an awesome time beautiful place only need to do is fix the road getting into it it's a mess I must have to trade my car in after going down that road for 3 MIles

Brides & Grooms! We had our first experience with Covington Farm and it has moved to the top of our preferred places to be! The staff are very accommodating to guests, and vendors! They are truly some of the best in the wedding hospitality business and yes the rumors are true. The property is nothing short of breathtaking. Its a hidden Gem and it deserves your consideration when looking for a Wedding/Event Venue! Shout out from to the coordinator Mandolin from tonights event! You RoCk!

We had a wonderful time photographing a wedding at beautiful Covington Farms. They have an extremely courteous staff and the venue is simply beautiful. The rooms were spacious and the. Perfect for getting ready photos. Thank you for being so kind and helpful.

If you are looking for a barn venue that is family owned and operated, this is your place. I had my absolute dream wedding here, and it would not have been possible without Barbra and her team. We went with the all inclusive package, which in my opinion is a must. Barbra’s team is organized and has weddings down to a science. Mandolin, our day of coordinator was so amazing and made me feel so calm and special leading up to, and on the wedding day. At Covington, you don’t feel like just a number, they make you feel like you are part of the family. They care about every little detail and it shows. I had endless complements on our venue choice, and how beautiful the grounds and barn were. The staff on the day of our wedding were friendly and accommodating. There was a chance of rain on my wedding day, and the team made me feel very confident about the possibility of it being outside, but also had a back up plan of bringing it inside if needed. I don’t have anything negative to say about this venue, and would do it all again in a heartbeat!

I was in a wedding party from a wedding held at Covington a couple weekends ago. First, this venue is beautiful and we had a wonderful time. The propery is amazing. Second, I wanted to bring attention to how incredible Mandolin was. She made the day so special for the bride and memorable for everyone else. She was fun, personable while still being professional, and ON THE BALL! She truly blew everyone away with how on top of everything she was. She is great at what she does and I’m sure she leaves a lasting impression on all brides that get married here!

Very disappointed. My sister got married this weekend and if I personally didn't take control of many situations, it would have been a mess. Mandalin, the "wedding coordinator" was very rude and disrespectful to my mother. We also had to have nearly 75 guests, including young children and elderly walk across their field, in the pitch black, up a hill to the bus. This is just so unsafe and unacceptable. There was also many tables without napkins, and Mandalin was FaceTiming someone while passing out regular paper napkins, not cloth napkins. There was also no napkins in the men's bathroom to dry hands until half way through the wedding. They threw hay in a car because according to the owner "they're filthy and gross. " We had to move tables out of the way because there was NO dance floor and the coordinator was no where to be found. They did not refill the cookies, and it had to be asked of them. Not to mention that the groom's room was barren and the best man had to BUY a tv to bring. The coordinator was FaceTiming someone most of the evening as guests witnessed. The groomsmen also complained about Mandalin and the fact she did not help. All of this wouldn't matter if the staff was polite, but they were not. As the matron of honor I personally handled so much, and when it costs 2500 for the coordinator, I expect them to coordinate the WHOLE wedding. This includes making sure tables are in the right place and organizing all events. Very disappointed, and this is shared by my whole family. However, all of this was kept away from the groom and bride so they can believe their wedding was great.

Attended a wedding there. Staff was phenomenal! Pulled pork, brisket and turkey served. Spot on with the hors d'oeuvre.

My husband and I recently had our wedding at Covington Farm on 10/29/22 and it could not have been more perfect! The venue is absolutely gorgeous inside and out! The drive to the venue may have been one of our favorite parts (of many!) You drive up this long dirt road and go up a few hills, which if you’re from Florida, you know there are not many of those! After getting to the last hill, you start to see the top of the Covington Farm Barn and then it’s situated at the bottom of the hill and a huge, beautiful lake behind it. We did an all inclusive package and all the vendors that we worked with were amazing.

What really made our wedding go as smooth as it did, was all the work of our amazing coordinator, Mandolin! She answered all my texts/calls, and there were MANY! Anytime we texted her with an idea, she was so excited for us! She made sure everything went smooth day of the wedding, and it went perfect! I don’t know how we would have gotten through the day without her help, and everyone else involved! At the end of everything, we felt like family

I could not recommend Covington Farm and their staff/vendors more!

I recently had my wedding at Covington Farm and it was everything I ever dreamed of and more. From the moment you make that turn onto the dirt road, it takes you on a beautiful journey. Once you reach the destination, it is absolutely breathtaking. Barbara and her team were absolutely amazing. She was always available to answer any questions I had. Our wedding was truly a dream. I highly recommend having your wedding at Covington Farm.
