I called and made an appointment with Cowboy Handyman for 3 weeks out. That was the soonest they were available. No one showed up. No one has answered or returned my calls.

I called this guy to replace a garbage disposal and replace some broken plastic sheeting for the florescent lighting in the kitchen. He came out took a look and said he'd have to come back to do the job the next day. Timing was important because I had a new tenant moving in three days later. So today, he was supposed to come here and he calls with a story about an emergency and had to leave town and was cancelling all his appointments for this week "and maybe next week. " If he had been honest about not wanting to do the job, I could have gotten somebody else. Now I'm stuck. Nothing Handy about a handyman who blows you off at the last minute.

I never received a call back after 2 weeks. When i finally spoke to someone the lady told me they could not help with any of repairs i needed and practically hung up on me. I asked what can you do and she said "we can change a faucet. " Not sure how this place has good reviews with this customer service.

Great service! We contracted cowboy Custom Handyman Services to do some repairs on our recently purchased house. I was very impressed with his professionalism and skills. We will use his services in the future for any other repairs that may need to be preformed
