My Xbox hasn’t been working for over 6 months now and I thought I got it fixed somewhere else and it still didn’t work but at CPR Tallahassee, that man Chris got my Xbox working like it was nothing and I went home with a working Xbox

Should've posted this review sooner but accidentally rated something else, sorry. But for my full review, wish I had the option to rate higher! Amazing help and fix from a man named Chris! Saved my life and wallet by helping fix my controller, that being an expensive 180 dollar one! Super nice staff and environment!

I visited this shop a while back. These guys got me in and out in no time! I will absolutely use these guys again!

This business has repaired several cracked glass screens and the LCD underneath for our family. They do a great job. The screens were like new.

I had them repair my screen and they did a fine job but when i got my phone back my front camera didn't work anymore, my back camera was fine and it worked before i gave it to them.

Went in cause I had a stripped the screws for my MacBook Pro batteries while trying to replace it. Went in there to try my luck since Best Buy couldn’t help me and a guy (wish I asked his name) right away pulled out his tool box and found the screw the would work to pull out the stripped screws. Thank you SO MUCH! I appreciate that kind of customer service.

Fixing a phone (that was designed to be replaced instead of repaired) at a 3rd party store is hit-or-miss to begin with but these guys did a pretty good job. We had to return to fix a mistake they made but they didn't charge.
Our second visit they lost our order form and had to be reminded 2 days later that that they still had our phone. They fixed it quickly once they realized they had it. For being helpful but disorganized, I give them only 4 stars.

I had attempted to change my iPhone battery myself and was stymied by the horror of the tiny tri-screws. After many hours of fumbling around, I conceded defeat and found CPR.

I basically camped at the door before they opened and the technician was incredibly kind to me despite my onslaught of problems I threw at him immediately upon his arrival at work. When we spoke, the tech made be feel validated in my own knowledge in regards to what I had completed. He was also able to explain things I was not familiar with in a simple and straightforward manner that was easily understood

I felt completely comfortable and safe leaving my phone, which contains all my personal data, with the technician and the company at large.

My phone was completed on time and I am very grateful for the service that was all beyond anything I could have hoped!

Both of the staff members I worked with were extremely helpful. I hope it doesn’t happen again but if I ever need a screen repaired, I will gladly take it back to cell phone repair in Tallahassee

We had a great experience! We had previously used someone who “did repairs on the side” type thing and did not have a good experience. And come to find out, they did all kinds of things wrong when replacing the screen. This time, when the screen broke for a second time, we came to CPR and Cody, who worked on our iPad, was professional, knowledgeable, informative, and kind. He informed me every step of the way and asked for my consent before purchasing additional needed parts and doing additional work, which would require a slower turn around time. We just got the iPad back and it is working and looking better than before! Highly recommend.

Chris and Cody were extremely helpful. I was in panic mood and they made it so easy and were very patient. I would easily give Chris 100 stars if I could! Phone fixed Thank you. Sincerly.

I went in to have my iPhone screen repaired. They were very friendly and explained the cost and the time it would take. They said it would be ready in 30 minutes, and when I came back in 30 minutes, it was ready! It looks and works great. If I ever need my cell phone repaired again, I will definitely go there.

My PS4 runs like New! Every problem I had is fixed. The controller Bluetooth connection, the HDMI port not working, and the loud fan everything works perfectly. Should of took it here first

My Samsung Galaxy 9+ needed a new screen. I bought it new at Walmart and purchased the warranty. (In February) the screen got cracked. I filed my claim through square trade and got a claim number. Called CPR and ordered the right part. I was able to come down drop it off and pick it up within two hours of dropping it off. Only took a week to order the screen. I highly reccomend using them if you need repairs.

I needed to have the back glass replaced on my Galaxy S8+. It was replaced quickly and professionally while I waited. The cost was pleasantly low and the person who did it was friendly and helpful. I could not ask for anything better.

EXCELLENT SERVICE! My wife dropped my phone off at 14: 30 and by 17: 00 they had it ready to go when I got off from work. I had purchased a new screen with digitizer and new glass back, new battery and screen protector. They rebuilt my phone for me. (I tried to do it myself and made it worse) They did a GREAT JOB and I highly recommend them. Nice people that are professional. I am very happy I went to them for my repair and will definitely shop there again.

They took a couple of days longer to fix my phone than they told me, but it appears that they did a good job of repairing my phone, and they did give me a break on the price due to the delay.

They didn't have the battery I needed for my phone, so they ordered me one. It came in sooner than expected. They called me to let me know it was in and within a few hours my phone was fixed. They were very professional and my phone is like new again! Highly recommended!
