Crab Stop II, Daytona Beach FL

I was there on January 8. I order a crab bowl and the potato had a crabby taste to them. Like the potato was place under raw crab and the juice from the crab dropped on the potato.
I'm used to my potatoes tasting like potatoes boiled in crab boil with garlic.

Crabs are really small even though they said medium to large. Taste was okay. I've had better. The best crab and crawfish I've had in the central Florida area is King Cajun Crawfish on North Mills and Colonial.

Went with a friend. I had clam strip basket which was good. My friend ordered crab cakes, what she got was frozen deviled crabs, which were not! When we told the waitress she got the wrong thing her reply was "those are our crab cakes" and looked at us like we were stupid.

I went with my girlfriend and we split the Big 3 combo. The flavor was amazing, the meat in the crab was tender and juicy, and the shells were friendly to crack. We sat and cracked snow crab legs legs and ate shrimp and medium crabs for about an hour and a half. Our server Amanda always made sure we had what we needed and that we stayed hydrated. Patrick made a friendly stop at the table after our meal to thank us for coming to hang out and enjoy the food. We will most definitely be back for another combo!

The fans under the lights gave the restaurant a weird feeling and made it look like the lights were flashing the whole time were were there. It was distracting.
Our waitress was very odd and quite. We're pretty sure she didn't want to be there that day.
I would have given 5 stars but the lights flashing was hard on the head.

Absolutely the best seafood! Great service complimentary corn fritters are awesome. We have already decided to come back for the crab. Steamed shrimp was best we have ever had.

Great food, affordable dining and awesome service. The clam chowder is really good and has a little cajun spice kick. I highly recommend when you're in Daytona.

Great seafood at an affordable price. The portions were amazing and food was seasoned extremely well. The nearby area seemed a bit dangerous but we're visiting from out of state so we're not sure. But we saw cops detain someone across the street during our visit there.

But that can't detract from the restaurant itself. The service we received was also excellent.

The only thing I can ding on is the cleanliness. It could be a bit better.

A little pricey for what I got. I was upsold without being told it was an upcharge. Service was average. Seafood was good

We were told this was a great place to go to eat seafood and they were RIGHT! We're from GA and this was our 1st time! Yes we will be back!

Greeted nicely when I can in, but ignored after sitting down. People that came in after me were served. Got tired of waiting and left.

We enjoyed our meals - catfish with garlic rice and the seafood rice; everything was delicious. The Staff was very pleasant. Very good atmosphere.

Love it! I drive 45 mins when I crave this place? They have the best seafood rice ever.
I’m able to eat there when I’m on my KETO diet? Every friendly staff. They are always busy working.

Food was decent enough, crab balls were really good. Sever was good. We had 5 different apps and they all came with the same sauce

1st time here and the garlic crabs was delicious and my dozen of crabs was paid for by a nice customer. Thanks for the hospitality of that person. I'm here visiting in Daytona.

Amazing! Can’t say enough good things about this place. Perfectly priced, incredible portions and some of the best eating we’ve had. My husband had the crawfish snack pack and I had the seafood rice. Hands down we will be back

It was ok, over priced for the quality of (snow) crab for a Crab Restaurant. Can't speak of blue crabs, didn't have that, but seemed to be the place if you're looking for a blue crab feast, Maryland style.

This place is way over priced BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE, large crabs were actually small, large shrimp were medium sized at best. 3 people = 200$ we drank tea only. STAY AWAY

Delicious! I highly recommend the snow crab clusters. The servings are generous. The staff is friendly.

And when they say garlic, they aren't kidding! But I love garlic.

My husband said the burger wasn't very good, but I don't think people are going here for a burger! They are going for the shellfish.

I would get the shrimp and snow crab clusters again.

The service I received when I arrived was great. The customer service is great and their crab legs oysters and corn fritters are so good
