Cracker Barrel Old Country Store, Jacksonville FL

Never had a sever till the manager came over then she came over then they switch our server food was bad was told it be ready in a few when it came out was cold and did not taste good only saw the server one after we got are food and that was to give us the check

We bought some biscuits and gravy and hashbrowns tater tots. Both were amazing. Always have a wonderful experience with this restaurant.

I love the cracker barrel at Jay Turner Butler. They always have the best food you could ever ask for. We just keep going back for more! Keep up the good work guys!

1st Cracker Barrel restaurant I've visited since the pandemic began and I have missed them! Glad they still serve tasty, affordable meals! A bit sad that they revamped the menu and removed a few items (i.e. My fave Haddock dish; caramelized brussel sprouts *BOO*) but they did added new ones. Strongly recommend trying theor loaded baked sweet potato. Omg, as if the sweet potato isn't sweet enough, they added 2 huge chunk of marshmallow drizzled with syrup and topped with caramelized pecans YUMM!

I went here Jan 5 to get some takeout and bought things from their store. It's an hour from my house. When I got home I discovered I hadn't gotten my 3 to go orders. Called store. Manager said he write me in books and when I get back I could get my meals. So Jan 10 I went back 1 hours drive to get my to go orders only to be told there's no record of it. There was no social distancing in place and was so crowded you could barely move in store. I will not be returning to cracker barrel again. Very bad experience, rude staff, overcrowding, dirty bathrooms. Just all around bad place.

Food took about an hour to arrive and by that time, it was cold. Waitress didn't seem like she cared and wouldn't refill our water and give us a takeout box when we requested. Had to get up and find someone to help us with that. Food was average, customer service was borderline abhorrent, and overall, the whole experience did not feel like it was worth it.

Good food, horrible service! It took 20mns to even place a order and the waitress was rude because I asked how much longer! Id advise to go across the street to Applebee's for better service

Tucked in a corner off Jay Turner Boulevard, this Cracker Barrel offers a quiet place to enjoy a simple meal. Service from servers to the store staff is always friendly and attentive.

You may have to wait on the weekends but that is to be expected. This location is clean, great staff, and the food is consistently great! Great price for a delicious meal.

I love these stores and restaurants. The food is always excellent and a good value. I found a beautiful skirt for $12 in the clearance. Always something good here.

Great food, you cant go wrong with anything here. My favorite is the Mammas pancakeswith pecans add!

Delicious food, fresh and the waitress was constantly asking if I was ok. I appreciated everyone's courtesy and smiles. Service were A1

Cracker Barrell is always consistent. I cannot recall ever having a bad experience. Good down home cooking.

Even though they were pleasantly busy, we were served quickly, experienced staff, food was divine, haddock was beyond perfect. We told the mgr if we could cook this fish like this at home, we wouldn't have to come there. We can hardly wait to. Come again! Such an attentive mgr!

Took my girlfriend here for a romantic dinner. The hurricane lamps really lend to the atmosphere and romance. She loved the french toast and totally put out after dinner. 5/5 would go again.

Never a disappointment at Cracker Barrel. Tonight was the spicy farm raised catfish with green beans, mashed potatoes and okra. Washed it down with some traditional sweet tea. Kids enjoyed it and played peg solitaire and checkers. Great dinner tonight!

It was horrible. Server was throwing my plates down instead of placing them down. Grits were cold to where my cheese wouldn’t melt asked him to warm them up came back out cold still. Spoke with the manager and he did nothing. Didn’t seem to care at all about my experience there.

Great coffee, reliable food and at least 90% great service period pretty rare to have anything other than good. Give the new people break their learning the ropes

Always a good time. The staff is really friendly and patient. The food is out really fast and it is delicious. Way better than any other Jax location.
