Cracker Barrel Old Country Store reviews
46I'm a cracker barrel connoisseur and have never had a bad meal or service at this location. My most recent waitress Becca was phenomenal and attentive to our requests. She really came through for us and we'd definitely request her service on our next visit.
Great restaurant to have breakfast. I tried the grandmas pancakes! Good size and amazing taste. Service is quite good.
It would be awesome if you had them in GF option
Only downside: if you sit outside on hot day there’s no fans or way to fight the heat.
The store is quite cute.
The food was excellent the waitress was excellent. We brought a guess and she thought the food was great. We all 3 had Uncle Hershels breakfast at 7: 30 PM. LOVE THIS PLACE
Thank you so much Masina for your great customer service. We had an amazing time, and the food was delicious
Live cracker barrel, nice hostess, food was good. Love the candy store:) The mimosas were good, too.
Service was average. Waitress left us without coffee for awhile. On my dish, the eggs were cold but the casserole was warm. Very emotionless waitress. Appeared very robotic.
Cracker Barrel has the best breakfast foods! Their collard greens, chicken and dumplings and home made biscuits are to die for. No matter what time i have gone there its always a wait though food is just that good!
I can't find anything negative about that place.
The decor is great.
Who ever is the waiter, they are well trained to help you.
Our sides order came cold, but they were very proactive and replaced them on the spot.
Call 1 hour before to make a reservation but they don’t accept it, come at 9: 55 and requested our table for 10 and wait 45 min and no table yet? This place is not ready to receive more than 7 in a regular time, good place and food chain but I select another place next time, in front of me passes around 16 tables from 2 to 8 but our was crazy,
I love this place, the vintage store is always a pleasure to visit, it reminds me of when things were more simple and less technological. The food is cheap yet amazing, I visit this place every time I have a chance. Highly recommend!
Completely disorganized. The hostess staff have no idea what they are doing and your wait times will depend on how they feel.
The food was great however it was all cold. The service was poor and the server only stopped by to take our order and give us the check. The dining room we are in has dirt all over the floors. I can only imagine what the kitchen looks like. Management was completely unconcerned about the horrible experience they have provided.
Food was excellent. Normal Cracker Barrel fare. Rolanda, our server, was funny personable and tended to all our requests. She took great care of us. This is a very popular location. We checked in online and the system told us it would be about a 30 minute wait. 67 minutes later I talked to the hostess and she sincerely apologized and said the online system doesn't account for guests properly when there's a lot of folks waiting. We were seated promptly after that (it was our turn, we didn't cut anyone). Since a waiting list is an integral part of the establishment's business on neatly a daily basis one would think corporate would invest in fixing that flaw so as not to disappoint patrons. How bout it corporate?
Fries were cold and old, meat was ok, mash potato was good but when we order water all the cups were dirty from previous orange juice pulp (hopefully was that) service was ok although the lady was always throwing milk cream at us every time she passed even when we told her we didn't want more
Took long to get our food n the waiter took long to come back to our table to check on us you have to go in a big group to get attended properly for some reason
I got food poisoning so bad it required me to visit the E. R.doctors said likely culprit is bad eggs or a dirty kitchen. Also, warning this place has a long wait time.short staffed. I will never eat there again.
Great food, great staff, make sure you reserve a spot early on Sunday's by phone or online because, it gets crowded and backed up really quick
We waited a while to be seated and then sat at the table for 15 minutes and no one ever came to the table. Two tables seated after us had drinks and muffins and were placing their order and we still hadn't seen a server. Disappointing to say the least
Been eating here ever since I was a little kid. Never been disappointed. Best old country style cooking in Florida.
It’s always a great meal at Cracker Barrell. Try the pancakes and ask for them thin! Syrup is Maple! I Love Cracker Barrell!
Food is consistently good. Service was slower is time but server was very nice. Always enjoy our dinners here.
