Cracker Barrel Old Country Store, Altamonte Springs FL

Wish I can rate the food, This is the second time I’ve been here, the first time I never got served was waiting got a server to come to the table sat there for 10 mins before I walked out, I visited again after a year and for the second time I was sitting there with my child for 11 mins and no one came to my table! I really wanted to give them another try! Never will I go back.

Incredibly disappointing! Went in with a big party and had to wait over an hr which isn't bad but the 2 servers split our table and gave significantly different service. The lady on the opposite end of our table was friendly and efficient but our server was irritated at the size of our family, had extreme difficulty getting the order right and made several errors in putting the order in which meant we got our food 15 min after the other half of the table and 3 items were forgotten so 3 out of the 11 ppl didn't get to start eating til the others were almost done! Chicken fried chicken was overcooked, okra was forgotten and she kept forgetting to bring a drink refill

The breakfast is always good here. Decided to try something new this time. Egg and hashbrown casserole did not disappoint. Our server Felicia was on point.

We ordered breakfast and it took forever to get our drinks, let alone our food. Very disappointed in a family favorite breakfast spot. Waitress, was slow and didn't care about the issues of cold food. Management "fixed" it with new food, ham was STILL cold.

Always a good food place, I ate the classic fried chicken breast, and it was crispy and juicy. And if u like butter beer.the the butterscotch soda.you're welcome.

We got the dinner. The food tasted like frozen cooked food and lacked any sort of flavor. The only good thing are the fries and ranch.

The breakfast we had this morning was different from what we have had in the past.our server bought us coffee cups and the pot, but forgot to pour the coffee!
The ham was dry and salty, not what we expected, Disappointed ️

Roast beef and Maple Chicken was delicious. Friendly, attentive but slow service. Gift store seemed sparse.

My waitress Hannah was simply the most kindest and nicest waitress I’ve ever had in my life. She went above and beyond to make sure my family and I had everything we needed. I don’t know how the star system at Cracker Barrel works, but to me it is simply rude for her to only have two stars, she is definitely A five-star waitress.

Good Southern cooking, do not get fried chicken, no more fried chicken livers, and seafood breading could stand improvement

The food that I ordered wasn't good biscuits gravy
Hash browns wasn't pleasing but the waitress were a bit cursed but the cook that repaired the food he need to step up his cooking because I bragged how good the biscuits and gravy was when I visit another cracker barrel in Orlando now I got second through

I usually enjoy eating at Cracker Barrel, unfortunately this visit was not good. I ordered chicken and dumplings and was told they had nothing with chicken due to shortages, this I understood. I then asked for the Sunday special, after sitting for over 30 minutes waiting my wife and daughter got their meatloaf dinners and it was then I was told they were out of the Sunday special of roast. I should have been told this much sooner. The server was pleasant and nice. The kitchen staff should have known much sooner and told the server. Very disappointing.

I'm sad to see the changes they have made. I have been eating there for years and frequently get the western omelet. They removed omelets from the menu and I was told I could no longer order any omelets there. Ordered eggs and sausage instead and eggs were under cooked and sausage was better at McDonald's. I hope they get it turned around or I will have to find a new option especially on road trips

Great food and so many things to see in the shop. Lots of candies from my childhood bring back memories.
