Excellent meal - something I don't usually say about a chain restaurant. We also had great service from Amanda!

Just went in for the front store, looking for Necco wafers which they didn't have. I personally don't like Cracker Barrels food, and we didn't actually eat here, so I can't judge.

Pancakes! Pancakes! Pancakes! They have those crunchy edges like my mom makes. Friendly down home attitudes and can someone say WOW! How the gift shop has grown. Nice! Now I'm hungry just thinking about those pancakes

Good food, great service. Cant remember my waitress’s name but she was fair with dark brown hair medium height medium build. She was busting her butt on Wednesday. Hope you get a raise or some recognition girl <3

Super duper delicious food and literally the BEST customer service ON EARTH! Alvin was our waiter, and he surprised us with his servant's heart. He was so kind and friendly, and he went out of his way to make our dinner extra special. We felt like royalty. Great job, Cracker Barrel! And thank you, Alvin!

If you go in there and try and shop and you're on a mobility scooter and you look like you're not exactly rich there's one person that works there that likes to come over there and supposedly say hello only to you as if you're trying to steal something. I was waiting for a table and she comes over and can I help you no you can't I'm shopping while I'm waiting for a table you got a problem with that? She walked from one side of the building to the other straight directly to me.didn't say hello or can I help you to anyone else and there were about nine people around me and she walked right through them straight to me. So make sure you go in there and you wear your diamonds and your emeralds don't go in there in blue jeans and look poor because they'll treat you as if you're trying to steal something. That's how I was treated am I going back? Yes I'll go back but I'll wait and see if that one's there if she's there I'll leave.

My togo server “Dani” was insanely rude to me over the phone and this isnt the first time. Any time she answers the phone, she is always rude to me with no reason. Its disgusting. I am thinking about never purchasing from Cracker Barrel again!

I placed a Togo order this afternoon and everything was prepared perfectly. I requested extra apple butter and it was a very long order already so I’m very pleased that everything was perfect. My server was Z.

Been to a few of these and though they were not crowded food was lukewarm at best then had to be reminded what was supposed to be included in the meal. My worst experience.

This is Great place to eat. Also, notice they give better portion of food then other Cracker Barrel so it was a plus. We're from Polk County and the family finds this place better then Lakeland.

Cheryl H was our server and she provided some of the most excellent service I have ever had from any waiter or waitress I have ever had. She kept our drinks full and tables clean throughout our visit always with a smile on her face. I hope I get her again my next visit. Thank you Cheryl H!

Our server Cash was excellent, service was quick and good and food promptly came out cooked exactly the way we ordered it. Staff friendly and service and food great!

I was given a gift card for cracker barrel. They would not honor it. They said they had not authorized it. No good grace discount either. Beware, according to this manager cracker barrel honors no gift cards or coupons.

Always love home cooked meals friendly staff and awesome sales in gift shop to walk off eating too much

Ordered to go 9/2 @11am. Came to pick it up 11: 30am. No one under my name. Manager comes out and asks if I have the right store. Showed him my phone. Order was put under different persons name. Food comes out 11: 45am. Order wrong and out of biscuits. Correct the order add biscuits. Left 12pm. It was a simple 3 orders old timers.

Always a fun experience at cracker barrel, the staff was very helpful finding the obscure candy I was looking for (modjeskas)

Great service and delicious food. While wearing my military cap someone anonymously paid for our dinner. What a wonderful surprise.

Best place to eat in the world. Not only is the food the best anywhere you can always find the most perfect and unique gifts in the country store. We love cracker barrel whether were in NC or FL it's all good anywhere!
