Waitress was not socially adequate and was irritated with my mother, who had memory issues

We didn't have the most attentive waitress. She didn't bring syrup for my son's pancakes. I had to ask another girl bussing tables. My daughter didn't eat her grits, didn't bother to mention it was because she didn't have a spoon until we were leaving. We were waiting a little while for her to come by so we could ask for to go trays. We had all our leftovers packed up before she returned with the bill. It wasn't super busy, so I'm not sure what the problem was, but definitely not the usual great service.

Had Chicken fried steak. Yum. And now they serve alcoholic beverages. Tried the new tips, tenders and shrimp. Delicious. Did not see mywaiter till when I was ready to leave.

The food & service is great! Very friendly staff. Great prices great portion sizes. I highly recommend Cracker Barrel

This Cracker Barrel is a joke. The service was horrible the server only came to the table once. Waited forever and had to flag down servers in the vestibule that were just talking. Ordered chocolate chip pancakes and they came out after we were done eating telling us they didn’t have any chocolate chips and made blueberry that were beyond burnt. Manager just stood on the side not giving a damn. Makes me not wanna work for Cracker Barrel.

Normally, it is a good experience, but today was completely different. We normally go to the one in Summerfield, FL and we had to wait for over 20 minutes just to get the order. The restaurant was not even half full. Just a couple of families. The waitress claimed "they changed her section". I asked for coffee and my wife for watermelon lemonade. What she got was not what she asked for. Simply horrible. Food was decent. I thought about speaking with the manager but changed my mind in order to not delay any lines. Dont know what happened, bad day? Honestly I dont think so.

Not a big fan of the CB anymore.they seem to be run by kids who care less and less about good food and service- restaurant was empty and it took FOREVER to get fed; it's like they are hitting the liquor they now serve. I've been to 2 in the last month that have been disappointing.

Stopped into this particular Crackerbarrel on the beginning of a long road trip from Fort Myers to Dallas…and what stood out the most was definitely the service.

Our waitress, Ginger, was very kind and attentive. We came in hungry, thirsty and hardly waited at all to get our food. Refills were also extremely quick! Overall, I was really happy with how we were treated.

The food options are what you would find at your typical Cracker Barrel. It definitely lived up to expectations but wasn’t amazing or anything. My pancakes were actually overcooked a bit which was disappointing. I did love the cute syrup bottles they included though! Eggs, toast, bacon and sugared ham were all excellent as well.

Price here is really unbeatable for what you get. As they advertise… 20 meals less than $12 and they aren’t kidding. So extremely reasonable it definitely adds some enjoyment to the meal.

It was a bit understaffed for the amount of customers but they were definitely making it work. Spacious parking lot and country store has great options.

I hadn’t been to a Cracker barrel in years prior to this and not much has changed!

Good bfast. We were surprised there was no omelet on the menu.
Pancakes were delicious with real syrup.

Brought in a group of young men under the age of 21 and the waitress immediately began pushing alcoholic drinks on us. None of us drink but we still had to wait for her to stop her sales pitch. How about you let the drunks order it if they want it instead of making me explain that I don't drink. Cracker Barrel was better when it was alcohol free.

Food was great server was new but did great her name started with AAL I think aaliyan or aaliyah idk great service though wanted to thank her but did not get the chance she has blue eyes very nice made my son laugh just all around great server.

Can trust my favorite foods to always be good with quick service when traveling! Love to look around in the store!

Extremely slow service. Waiting over 40 for food. We got the excuse corporate doesn’t give us enough budget to noire cooks. Tough pancakes, the egg whites smelled weird, the biscuits band hash browns were good. Our server Amy apologized profusely for the wait. No guest recovery by the manager. The bathroom was disgusting. Should have gone to Waffle House!

One of the best in Ocala, food is always cooked properly, staff is amazing and the store is always clean.

Updated: Decided to go back to Cracker Barrel off of 484. We were seated right away and service was ok, but when we ordered they were out of several items again that were on the menu! We had came for the pot pie, but was told there would be a 45-minute way to get a pot pie! So my husband ordered the chicken strips and I ordered the chicken fried chicken. Both was warm when it arrived. We ordered pinto beans and they said they was out of them. Then we ordered a different side item because of them being out of the pinto beans.
Waitress came back and said they was out of that too. Finally ended up with the green as our side item. The greens tasted old and cold. I said I couldn't eat those. I wasn't offered a substitution at all. I did see some improvement's in the entree, and how clean the seating area was. The bathroom was clean too so that is why I am changing my writing from one star to three. We will be back in the near future to see if there is any more improvements.

A stip I up in my opinion, food improving & so is service, headed in the right direction.

We stopped here on our trip home. This was the best Cracker Barrel we've been to out of dozens! Brenda was an amazing server, and we could tell she actually enjoyed what she does and loves to make people happy. She was such a joy. I usually get the bacon and egg hashbrown casserole at each location we visit. This one was the absolute best prepared! The cook did awesome. My boyfriend got a new biscuit Benedict meal and loved it. It came with two sides. Brenda also brought out biscuits early for us to share since we were so hungry. Will definitely chose this location next time we are traveling on highway 75!

Wonderful place! I love their breakfast one of the best I've had the pleasure of eating
