HORRIBLE PHONE SERVICE! Called in for a Mother’s Day order today from outside the restaurant. Very RUDE when I asked about a substitution due to food allergy & he Told me, NO THEY WERE TOO BUSY to do substitutions & I EITHER TAKE IT OR NOT! Extremely f#€#’ing acceptable. We Were about to spend a nice amount of money thank god we didn’t pre order. PLUS THEY WERE NOT PRACTICING SOCIAL DISTANCING THE PLACE WAS PACKED inside & outside!

Ordered on line for my mom for a Mother’s Day order was suppose to be there at 6: 50 didn’t come app says delayed tried to call mail box is full very unhappy no way to get details

We had to wait for approximately 20 minutes for our waitress (who just happened to notice that we hadn't been served). I was hoping for more food options. The amount of food I got was minimal.

I'm not an expert on Cajun Creole food, but this didn't seem right. The medium cajun buttery garlic had a strong curry flavor and was NOT even a medium spicy. The seafood was good, though, as were the hush puppies.

The food wasn’t very good. The crabs were cooked hard so I didn’t eat them and when I asked for it to be taken off the menu the manager, Andrew, refused and was kind of rude about it. It’s not even worth it.

The food is AMAZING. The reason for the one stars is the gratuity. They do 18% gratuity added to the bill of a party of six, that’s fine however we had a party of 10 and And in the party of 10 there was going to be three separate bills, one for a party of five, one for a party of two and then another party of two. So three (3) bills in total. When we asked how the gratuity is handled we were told that the 18% would be added to every bill because we were all sitting together. WHAT! Listen the food is good and the service is OK but I don’t fee if there are three separate tickets, that 18% should be added to each bill. What if all 10 were getting their own bill. That’s 18% split between 10 people. ABSOLUTELY NOT! That’s ridiculous. Granted we are not cheap eaters or tippers, you lost this party of 10 tonight (3/8/2020) because of this.

Love the food. The staffs were great and super friendly. Would recommend and would come back again!

I ordered the Crab & Shrimp Boil and it was very good. I also ordered wings to go. When I arrived home and taste the wings they were fantastic. I recommend this place to everyone who loves seafood and wings.

On 02/29/2020 I finally decided to try the seafood boil and let me just say, I'm glad I chose Crafty Crab. It was my first time tasting a seafood boil and what an experience. Not only was the food amazing the customer service was great as well. I wish I new the ladies name to shout her out but she answered my questions and was not rushed to get off the phone. I definitely recommend this place.

Food was great but service, not so much. For a party of 10, paying 3 seperate ways, we were told that we had to EACH pay an 18% gratuity. The sign says for any party bigger than 8 on one check. There was no way that we each shouldve had to pay the 18%. Wont be back because of this issue.

Ordered the Blue Crab Special. OMG! What a surprise! So much food! SOOOO tasty! Mild and Medium and absolutely delicious! Everybody eating nobody talking all you hear is crab cracking and chompers going! Thank you so much best birthday dinner ever!

Oh my god. This is an amazing place to eat seafoods: crabs, shrimps, and potatoes.in the tasty seasoning bag! The service is phenomenal, attentive! The decorations are beautiful, beach scents, like I live in the beach’s area with the hunters! Highly recommended.

Great prices. Good drinks. Loved the hearty raw oysters. Our server Jayy was a pleasure. We will return for sure
