Crafty Crab, Jacksonville FL

The food was OK but their online said they were open till 10 PM. We got there at 9: 30 and they refused the service and told us we can only take to go. I would personally never go back to this restaurant.

I ordered steamed seafood. The quantity was excellent. But way too salty. I will go back to try something else. The atmosphere was great.

I have to say this location on 103rd is the best. Food seasoned to perfection. I tried the boil for 78 it had crab cluster corn potatoes crawfish, clams and mussels.never had mussels or clams but I definitely recommend it, I’m hooked now. This will be my go to order

Food quality getting more Worst I always order Calamari always good but now I think they are selling some cheap Walmart or local store already bread calamari and they are just frying it cuz they know america people just want to eat and don’t really care about quality of the food. Food quality getting more worst now no fresh taste again you know that fresh taste you want when you order your seafood and you want them to make it from the start you don’t get that from them anymore. And food was too Salty was a waste of money for me

The atmosphere is like sports bar with karaoke. The music is very loud and the people all seem to be enjoying themselves. It is very kid friendly and they are allowed to do karaoke as well.

THE DRESS CODE FOR EMLOYEES HERE ARE UNACCEPTABLE IN A FAMILY ESTABLISMENT! SECOND YOURE NOT GOIN TO FORCE GRATURUTY ON YOUR GUEST! ITS IS NOT THE LAW TO PAY IT. I WAS BYE MYSELF. PEOPLE PLEASE WATCH YOUR (RECEIPTS) BECAUSE THESE PEOPLE PUT 30 DOLLARS ON MY BILL AN I REFUSED TO PAY IT. IM GONE TIP WHAT I WANT TO. YOUR WAITRESS ARE HORRIBLE WITH NASTY ATTITUDES.

Love this place.food is always good. I wish they'll seat us in better seats. We ask to seat elsewhere and they denied us.

Restaurant was not packed service was horrible had to ASK for everything waitress was not wanting to make a good tip her LOSS but food great

I would give 0 stars if I could. Walked in some Asian guy seated my hole family and 15 minutes went by nobody said nothing to us. Wish I could have ate some food. My money hard earned I can’t support these lame business

I don't eat seafood but the fried chicken and fries was ok.

The food was fine. I was very disappointed when the manager told the server to let us know he wants to close at 9: 40PM (online it says 10PM) and to hurry up and grab our bill to pay. I felt rushed, the manager could have told her to ask us in another way. Very unprofessional and I will not be back at this location. Please treat your customers with respect.

Well we ordered to go but I had the crafty crab special it came with 2 blue crab 1 snow crab and shrimp but the Seafood season is what I chase its amazing only if you enjoy seafood I'm sure you'll enjoy it

To whomever decided to put something with butter crab juice in just a plastic bag and not a container should be fired on the spot for it the leaking in my car which now will cost me to clean up because of the potent smell it left and your hostess needs to do a better job of checking for items.

Ordered veggie seafood bag and tilapia I asked before I ordered if there was any shellfish mixture because I CANT EAT SHELLFISH I’m allergic and candy the manger told me that there wasn’t. I go home and eat the food and my throat is starting to swell up. I then knew I was having an allergic reaction. Called later and spoke to the manger again and she kept questioning me as if I was lying and instead of just fixing the problem. She then states maybe the fish I ordered may having been fried with the shrimp? !? ! I requested a refund and hopes to get it! My life is on the line and I feel like my conversation with her was rude and not charismatic at all.

So I just went to this place this past weekend on my birthday. I normally go to the one on the Southside, I went to this one this time because I was told about the DJ on Friday nights and the environment, the reviews did this place no justice. It was so much fun, I had a party of at least about 20 people we did use the party room. Personally I would not use the party room again because we were constantly going in and out to be around the DJ LOL, but all in all we had an amazing time. Our waitress name was candy and she went above and beyond for our entire group. First I was very concerned that she would not be able to handle us all but she did all of our food was fresh, she was constantly coming to check on us make sure we had full cups and everything that we needed. I thought my fiance and I we're going to spend at least $200 or more but our bill came up to about $108 for the two of us. DJ spin was amazing he definitely kept the energy up in the air at all times hopefully I will be able to post some pictures on here. But I would definitely not recommend bringing children on a Friday night because it is definitely a club setting a lot of twerking competitions and me personally I'm just not going to have my kids sitting around watching that but other than that definitely go Friday night is all the way lit and take all your people with you.

I wanted seafood so bad Saturday evening and Rocking crab had a waiting list (We should have waited) anyway we come to crafty crab and it was NOT GOOD. It wasn’t fresh at all. The guy server barely come to check on us. The place was very dark inside. We will never come back to this place. Unless you’re in a hurry and don’t mind the food not being fresh, PLEASE go somewhere else. You’ve been warned. $100 for nothing!
