We have been with Craig Savant/State Farm for over twenty years and they always come through and do what's best for their customers. Craig, Allie and the team are great! VERY responsive and work hard to look out for their customers and deliver great customers service!

Was welcomed when we came in however brushed off to be seen by agent in the front and sent to office rep in the back of the office. Was disappointed at that reaction and lack of assistance by agent in the front. Made me think twice about leaving and not asking for service from State Farm. Unfortunately Craig was not in the office.
*However I do give 5 stars specifically for the professionalism and courtesy shown by Gabriela Molina, Office Representative. Gabriela was excellent! And solely for this reason would I consider switching insurances.

Have had them as our agents for 25 years. They’re great and Stephanie is beyond-the-pale knowledgeable and helpful. Always checking to make sure we get the best rates.
