Started using Krueger a.c. About 17 years ago for a repair that another company could not figure out. My current a.c. System was installed by them. They go above & beyond to do a quality install. Super pleased, would not use any other a.c company

Bobby came out this morning on time and fix my air conditioner and my coil needed to be cleaned. He did a really good job showed me picture showed me the actual thing very very professional very polite, courteous and just all-around nice guy when Bob and beyond to help me out and got my air conditioner back running the correct way

Krueger is the best. They did such a good job fixing our air flow problem with our AC that I am now freezing, lol! We are very impressed - they did a terrific job and know their stuff!

The company sent a repairman immediately. Tbe service was exceptional, and the price was totally acceptable.

This is the 4th time I have used this company. Yet again, they did not disappoint. This company is fair and honest. At no point have they ever tried to upcharge me or charge me for things that things that don't need to be fixed. Having your ac not work is instant dread especially the cost to fix it. Give this company a chance. You won't regret it

We have used Craig W Krueger for maintenance, work and emergency. They are very polite when you call and set expectations that are met or exceeded. Kevin and Zack have both come to the house and are excellent. Highly recommend and they have reasonable prices.

Not exactly "on time", more like three hours ahead of schedule. 15 minute fix and I am cooling off again!

My grandmother went through multiple a/c companies, she had "dirty sock syndrome" from her brand new unit. No other company could fix it, said she just had to deal with it or buy a new system (again), or charged her thousands more to replace multiple parts and add fancy gadgets that did not work. Her neighbor used Krueger, and the guy was kind enough to come over even though it wasn't her appointment to assess it. In one minute he said I know exactly what problem is (companies use a chemical to coat the coils that cause the smell), and would have to send off coils to be recoated in St. Augustine, FL. The recoating works, no more smells! This is the best A/C company in area, everyone else stopped taking my grandmother's calls after taking her money for nothing.

I just had my yearly maintenance a couple of days ago. Over the last couple of days my AC seemed not to be running well. Today the house was over 80 degrees. I called the office and the lady I spoke to was pleasant and assured me that someone would call me. They called within a hour. Beau texted me updates as to when he would arrive. Beau arrived promptly and knew what was wrong immediately. He is a good worker and very easy to talk with regarding the problem. Thank you for sending him! This company stands by their work! I recommend this company to anyone who needs an honest, reliable, and highly professional company.

Always a great experience when having the Craig Krueger team come to my home. They always fix right the first time because they take the time to do extensive diagnostics instead of just throwing new parts at you system and hope it works. Ive had many after hours service calls by a few different technicians but I like Zach. He has been here a few times over the years, does phenomenal work plus he is a Mustang guy like myself. Thanks Zach for saving my night last night, I was able to sleep comfortably.

The crew was very professional and polite. The removal of the old system and installation of the new went smoothly. The blown in insulation went without a hitch. The office staff is also efficient, knowledgeable and polite.

Emergency check up and fix they showed up within an hour and had it fixed and was gone within 45 minutes to an hour very reasonable pricing
