Unfortunately you can’t give this organization less than one star. DO NOT do business with this dealership. The sales team is personable to hide the business practices in place at this dealership which are borderline fraudulent on all fronts and attempts to get a response from the Management team once their scam is discovered go unanswered.

Beware of this dealership. They lure you in with we will meet or best anyone’s best deal. They cannot abs on top of that are rude and talk over customers. Again, there are other Lexus dealerships and you will 100% get a better deal at JM Lexus. In fact the worst deal at JM is better than NMB Lexus - Craig Zinn Group.

So there’s at least 7 or 8 guys standing outside talking amongst themselves and or on their smoke break. I walk up no one says not a word no “Hello or how can we help you” nothing. I proceeded inside the office space and again I come in contact with two guys at the service desk and no one mumbles a word or even acknowledges me. I walked out of the establishment like a smooth criminal and no one noticed. Prior to going into the establishment I sat in my car for at least 10-15 minutes clear view of the front of the building on one approached my car either. So I decided to fill out the customer test driving form. As soon as I left I got a phone call from someone at the office wanting to follow up. I did not catch his name but I informed him that I will not be doing business with them and I explained my reasons why up above. If they don’t acknowledge me they only care about taking my money. I doubt I would get a good quality car especially since I did not receive quality customer service.

They didn't have the car on the lot as they advertised, I asked 3 different salesmen about the same car and I couldn't get a straight answer out of the bunch. 2 of them went into the office to "check it out on the computer to see where the car was" and never came back out to follow up with me, then weeks later, they are still calling me about the car that they miraculously found somewhere on another lot, and they've even booked several visits for me without my authorization for me to test drive the car and when I didnt show up, they called to say I missed an appointment.

Don't waste your time with these guys, buy from somewhere else like I did and you will be happy. I don't think these guys know how to deal with a customer who knows exactly what they want, like I did.
