Rude and unprofessional, I needed to replace my engine support because it was bent. The guy who answered to proceeded to tell me those never bend in 31 years. I must have hit something. All i needed to do was replace the part that was broken. When i told him that it was indeed bent, he hung up on me. Honestly fed up with lack of customer service. I wouldnt want to buy another part if the first won worked.

We are enjoying our CraigCat. Doesn't draft much so you can go anywhere with it. Controls take some getting used to.

If you ask a question both the owner and owners son will go off on you like you have never witnessed. Stay clear, I found a better option that produced a better cat boat and have great costumer service. Power glide boats.

My wife and I love our CraigCat. We've had it for 2 weeks and it's the most fun we've ever had on the water. Great buying experience and we appreciate the excellent customer service that Daniel and Eric gave us. We can now travel the Intracoastal and go into shallow areas and photograph the wildlife. Could not be happier!

Dont ask a question because they will berate, belittle and call you every name in the book. Seriously check reviews they have a long history of it.

We purchased a new Craig Cat this summer. We LOVE it. We live in Michigan on Lake Huron, and it is a great place to have a Craig Cat. If you are thinking of getting one, don't hesitate. Enjoy!

Everything about my experience was perfect. From the interactions with each employee, and the owner; to the test ride, to, the customization and constant updates on my boat. Pulls really well too!

Exciting boat to ride. Not exactly a boat, my wife calls it a raft with a motor on it, I call it two kayaks strapped together with a motor. Great fun on the rivers and lakes around us. You can expect to get lots of looks, comments, and thumbs up. We like that it is light weight, easy to tow, fits easily in the garage, and uses less fuel than something larger.

We bought new, have been out on it several times. Eric is great to work with. Purchase was easy, hardest part was waiting for it. We picked it up at their place in Orlando. Erik went over everything on the boat and how to use it. Couldn't have gone easier except to be able to pick it up off the showroom floor.

We decided at the Ft. Myers Boat show to purchase a Craig Cat. We live on a salt canal with access the Charlotte Harbour. This thing is a blast. Comfortable, quick and just plain fun. So happy with it!

We had taken two CraigCat trip excursions in Marco Island, FL over the past couple of years and really enjoyed them. So on our last trip, in November, we stopped in Orlando and met Erik at their showroom. We had read lots of reviews before this visit, and weren't sure what to expect as several of them portrayed the staff as being rude and difficult to deal with. Our visit was just the opposite. We found everyone to be very welcoming and friendly. We stayed about an hour and got a written quote for the model that interested us the most. However, we did not purchase at that time. We went back to our home in North Carolina and met a neighbor of ours who owned a CraigCat. After talking with him, we decided to take the plunge. I called Erik and placed our order. I was told the boat would be ready in late March or early April. I was shocked when we got an email in late January that our boat was nearing completion. The boat was shipped to North Carolina, and we took delivery on February 7; almost two months early! We have been out a couple of times so far and everything has worked perfectly. We are anxiously awaiting spring and warmer weather so that we can fully enjoy our CraigCat. Overall, we have had an excellent experience. We can say nothing but good things about Erik, Dan and the entire staff!

We love our new craigcat. Staff has been wonderful to work with. Very easy and smooth to drive and ride in.

Ordering was easy. We knew exactly what we wanted as we've owned a Craig cat before. We picked it up at their place of business. It was ready and exactly as promised. We've owned it now for a couple of months and have about 50 hours on it. Runs great and holding up perfectly. Doing business with Craig cat was pleasant and easy. My wife and I picked our CraigCat up last September. I am age 72 and my wife is 82 and we love our Cat! Easy to get in and out, smooth riding and SAFE. WE plan to take it to the Key's over the Chirstmas holiday. Get to feel young again!

Our CraigCat.now the AlleyCat arrived earlier than expected and we had a special delivery by Bob the owner.it was most appreciated (especially the user directions). We are absolutely having a blast with our CraigCat and everyone that passes us gives us a compliment. This was a great and fun investment!
