4 Poor installation and very disrespectful response from the owner. We had to contact them and even go in person to have them finally come look at the wrinkled pool liner. The owner kept trying to blame us! After several unpleasant exchanges they fixed some of the wrinkles however some are still there.

Issue with some pavers. They came out and repaired quickly and well. Mike was great. Efficient and thorough. Exceeded our expectations. Very happy.
