5This place is a scam asking for someone else to sign paperwork saying they will give tenants money. Why? So you can get more money. And rude employees as well. Do not go here if you are a senior who needs somewhere to go.
I am so thankful to have such a beautiful place of my own. Living here has made my life much easier with no worries about paying bills. There is always someone to help.
Out side rash was emptied promptly but maintenance here is reactive.i should not need to request that a trash can be emptied. Also, hall carpets are filthy, why not shampoo them or at least vacuum regularly.
My dealing with the front office and with the maintenance staff have gone very well. My questions have always been answered to my satisfaction and the work I have requested has always been cared for in a timely manner to my satisfaction also. I am very happy living here.
BEWARE of the new management at “Crane Creek Senior Apartments” on South Babcock Street in Melbourne FL.
I tried for about 3 months to get a apartment there, and I feel
I was misled and lied to.
I also contacted their corporate office and their corporate office did not respond to my issues.
I can not believe they do this to senior citizens.
Again, I feel everyone should beware of this place and their company.

Per the info in your reply to my review about Crane Creek Senior Apartments, I would like to believe the info in your reply, but I do not.
I still feel I was misled and lied to, when I tried to get a apartment at Crane Creek Senior Apartments.
So how about you have someone in upper management at your corporate office (Dominium) contact me, and I will give this 7 business days from this post / review to see if your corporate office contacts me.
And I will post another review if someone from your corporate office contacts me or not.

Per my updated review to Crane Creek Senior Apartments 11/26/22, I asked that you have someone in upper management at your corporate office (Dominium) to contact me.
I did not hear from your corporate office (Dominium).
I can not believe you all do this to a Senior Citizen.
