Crank Works Bicycles, Brooksville FL

I absolutely love my Aventon bike I bought from Crank Works Mark and his employees were awesome answered all of my questions. It is the best purchase I have made in a long time I am having a blast riding it.

They looked at my bike as I needed a tune up. Since I needed new cables they told me it would be more then the regular tune cost of $80.00.and said it would be $150 and to bring in next week. When husband went to pick up they charged $178.00 and with tax it came to $189.00.
They said they had to wash by hand because of my front wheel motor which they saw when I brought in the
bike. Definitely not forthcoming. Didn't even tighten my water bottle holder. I was going to buy an e bike next season but not from these people.

Great bike shop! While I bought my Aventon ebike in Ohio, Mark took his time to help me with a technical
issue which helped me get back on the road!

I’m not a resident of Brooksville but I’ve wintered here for years. I can’t say enough about the friendly service. I have an electric bike back tire needed replace know one else would touch it but they fixed it for me and didn’t rob me either. My wife’s kick stand came off needed a bolt ask if they had one sure enough came to my rescue again. Thanks.

This store is a wonderful place! I'm from upstate New York and needed a spring on my front axle and they put it on with a big smile and never charged me anything! I highly recommend this place to anyone who needs bike repair or new bikes!

From out of town and was having some problems with our bmx bike. This shop stepped up to the plate and got is going.

Those people are not honest, went there to fix a break and try to aligned my wheel, turns out they also changed the break line without my permission.

They say they couldn't aligned my wheel, so no big deal I was riding with it before. First thing I do is to jumps on my bike, the wheel is all loose, just like they removed or broke the bearing on it, but it's obviously not their fault.

So I need to buy a 300$ wheel now, they changed it, I went back to try it, wheel is all loose and the chain is about to fall.

Not sure if the are incompetent or they just don't care.

Very nice store! Went in this week on our first visit to pick up a handlebar bag. Great selection of Specialized and Giant bikes and accessories.

This is a great bike shop. Recently moved to the area and was happy to find a local store that has true knowledge about repairs and has a solid variety of supplies. Highly recommend

Highly recommended! I purchased a brand new bike a couple days ago from a big box store and there were so many things wrong with it! Brakes were dragging, wouldn't shift, etc! They were able to get me in SAME DAY for a full tune up/repair. Much appreciated!

Stopped in to research a rec bike for my wife and found Mike to be very helpful, patient and knowledgeable. Very pleasant customer service way about him and we ended up buying a nice bike for the boss. They also fixed a minor problem with the brake on our old bike (thank you Jake!) for no charge. Fun place to shop and learn everything about bicycles. Now, just need to save up for that $8K Turbo in the showroom! ;-) Definitely recommend.

I have changed by previous review. The experience could have been better at the time however not worthy of the review I left. I am willing to give this shop another chance.

Mark is one of the most knowledgeable and skilled techs in the state. A great shop hidden away in Brooksville off hwy 50.

We made the mistake of buying ebikes from someone else for what we thought was a good deal without doing enough research. Mine stopped working right after the warranty. We spent a small fortune on the replacement part and Crank Works was the ONLY one willing to work on it for us not to mention at a very reasonable price. Due to no fault of Crank Works my bike stopped working again, not willing to put anymore money in it I will be going to see the guys to buy an ebike that is worth the money!

The kid was helpful, the owner or main associate was stress out on a phone call, but I got what I wanted fast.

My husband and I have two bikes from Crank Works and we love them, plus Mark and Patricia were able to fit us for the bikes that are right for us. They are super easy to deal with and are experts in everything cycling!

Highly overpriced. Should have rode my bike before i left. Chain off, seat was loose, and they had the plug on wrong for the battery on my e bike. Took me a day to troubleshoot bike.

Crank Works is always an awesome experience! These folks know their business. Mark is up to speed on trends in the industry as well as knowledgeable in all areas of bicycling. Great service with a smile. These peeps offer full service bicycle repairs on all models.

Great bike shop! Had a mechanical issue on the suncoast trail and went to this shop for help. The staff was great and helped me quickly to get back on the road!
