I had the best experience with this Auto Body Shop. Kevin was a pleasure to work with, and he is well-versed with Auto Body Part needs.

It was my first time going to Crash Champion. Great customer service and they gave me a wonderful job. I will recommend them to anyone who might need a great repair.

I was hit by another vehicle on my right tire and it damaged the front & side fenders plus other car parts that they replaced. Car runs and looks better than it looked when it was brought in. The staff is amazing and they kept me informed always informed. Great job!

I am very disappointed in this company. The rim of my car was damaged and they told me to send photos and tried to make the damage to be my fault from the accident. I still have not received a response regarding my rim but they want all there paperwork signed but wont acknowledge the damage done to my vehicle.

When you call crash champions there’s a recording that says how great of customer service they are and how they will contact you during your repair, that never happened.vehicle damage was an August just got vehicle back in November. I would not recommend them if you are someone who likes communication, please know you won’t get it from them. More than once I called and the lady said she wrote my name on a sticky note and that she would call me at the designated time the next day I’m still waiting for that call weeks later it never occurred. I have to chase them down to get them to answer the phone and to tell you what’s going on with your vehicle and many of the times when I called for a status I was told false statements.it wasn’t until we went up there and looked at the vehicle ourselves we realize that when they kept telling us it was going to be ready that day the car was still in pieces. I wish they would improve their customer service experience but at this time I do not recommend them.

They took care of the damages to my car quickly and efficiently. This is a Geico repair site. Car check in and rental car received in and out in 30 minutes

This place was recommended to me by my insurance Geico.
I had a tone of patience and tried to be as understanding as possible but honestly, this place is terrible. First, they don’t call you to give you an update on your vehicle. I literally got 1 call in the 4 weeks that my car has been in this shop, all the other calls were made by me and they seemed very annoyed every time I called.but wait that’s even if they answered because that’s another thing, they don’t answer their phones. I have yet to pick up my car, each time I call it’s a difference story. I have yet to revive my car or any updates on it. This place is just terrible!

I recently did a lot of damage to my car's front bumper when I made contact with one of those concrete dividers commonly used in too many parking lots. I drove too far forward while parking my car and nearly ripped off half of my car's bumper. I took my car to a Crash Champions in Miami Gardens. The estimated cost to repair my 2012 Mercedes Benz C250 was approximately $1900. I was given the option of leaving my car at the shop for the repair work, or having them call me when the parts for repairs came into the shop. I chose to leave my car at the shop and use Uber services for my transportation needs. To my surprise, the repair parts arrived the next day. After patiently waiting for 2 days, I received a call from Crash Champions informing me that my car was ready to be picked up. The work by
Gabriel was so good that I had to check the license plate on my car to make certain that the car was still mine! Lol, I was highly pleased, and will definitely be returning to Crash Champions whenever my car needs their excellent services.

Would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to repair body of vehicle. Not only there good but they are very friendly and reliable. If you intend to go, ask for Kevin, he is amazing and will make sure you are taking care of.

Worse place ever I’m still waiting on my car it’s been 2 months and for a week they’ve been telling me it’ll be ready tomorrow all they need is to do is reassemble loss my job cause of that place I wouldnt wish for my enemies to go there

Need to be honest with the frame time.
First time I went to pick up my car, it was incomplete the repairing, it was missing the name of my car, also one back light that needed to be replace for a crash had a gap and still has, less buy still has it, so I left the car for 2 more days, they didn’t update me I had to keep calling.

Went for an estimate. First one lady receptionist whole attitude changed kept going in the back to talk with the person doing the estimate when he came out he told me he had ways of getting around the insurance company then the rude receptionist stated you can't get the rental unless you leave your car here to get fixed I left immediately in my car as you should very shady and unprofessional

From the moment I walked in, everyone was very professional, attentive, and went above & beyond to help us. Did an amazing job on our vehicle! Would highly recommend Crash Champions! Thanks again!

Major repair after an auto accident.

Repair was fine customer service was severely lacking. I was promised the vehicle would be ready in two weeks it took almost a month. It was delayed multiple times and I was never told and had to call each time to get an update. It was extended to the point where my car insurance no longer picked up my car rental and I had to pay out of pocket.

Car was crashed on left driver’s side. The repairs look beautiful. The workmanship appears to be quality work. Car was returned clean and drove smoothly. I heard no tapping or rattling. I’m praying for happy days ahead. Thank you Gabriel and Lisa. They kept progress moving and me informed. So far, I’m happy I chose crash Champions.
