Great experience and quick turnaround at Crash Champions! Yani and Josi provided excellent front of house service delivering timely and informative updates on the status of my vehicle as well as guiding me through the entire process. The body shop itself performed the repairs in a timely manner at a reasonable rate. The repairs were above satisfactory as well. Will use this body shop for any needs in the future!

The staff are amazing here, from the time you walk in the door, the ladies at the front desk are helpful and get things done right then and there. I personally was assigned to Orlando, he was equally as nice and answered all my questions, and assured me I was in good hands. My car was restored very nicely, and while the parts themselves took a bit of time to arrive, Orlando was top notch and communicated with me l, on when, where, and how. They even let me drop off rental to them on day I got my car back. Would completely reccomend, and would 150% use them again. Crash Champions has top notch customer service!

I must say, I’m very disappointed with the shop. I sent my car thinking it was Salami Body Shop. They have my car for over 2 months and they didn’t finish the work. Poor work ethics and communication. I highly recommend not use them for any repairs.

They have had my car for almost 2 months now. They have ordered the incorrect part 4 times at least and continue to not provide accurate times. I called Orlando to ask how long it would take and I was told he does not prioritize my vehicle, when I expressed my concern on that comment he continued to tell me to get behind there and he’ll train me to do it for him and that multiple people have yelled at him in his lobby that same day. When I asked to pick it up, he hung up the phone. Extremely unprofessional and I have not had a vehicle for an inconvenient amount of time now. Very disturbed by the customer service, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE, They don’t even know how to find a headlight.

Great customer service, open on saturdays which is a plus, picked up my vehicle with a slight issue but they fixed it as soon as I noticed it. Would recommend.

I used this body shop and I will never recommend them to anyone. The work is very shady and I had to report them to Geico. The manager at Geico called them to see if they were gonna complete the job and they stated yes, well 8 months has gone by and they have never completed the job. I sent an email to the owner of Crash Champions and he never responded. This has to be the worst body shop company in business. DO NOT USE THESE CLOWNS.

I made an appointment a week ago and they lost the appointment for today. Melissa said aged call me back asap. 2 hours later I called her. All I heard was excuses.
Melissa said she’d call me in 15 minutes after she talked with the other locations.
I waited 30 minutes. I called the other location and got a next day appointment to get fixed. All the time no word from Mellissa.
I called melissa to transfer paperwork and again his apologies and excuses for not doing what she said.

Came in 2 times once for estimate and nice for the fix over the span of 2 months because of scheduling, not only did they lose my appointment but they also failed to tell me until i dropped it off that they couldn’t fix it cause they can’t get the parts, granted it’s a 40 minute drive there and back, unreliable and awful communication, if I could give 0 stars I would.

Terrible customer service. I waited in line for 15 mins before some came out to speak to me about my repair appointment. Josey came out with a very disgusting attitude. I have ever been treated this bad while getting services in my life. Don’t take your car here

I left my 2022 Porsche 911 with Orlando Andino @ Crash Champions to have a scratch in the bumper fixed. The initial repair took 4 days longer than I was quoted. Upon pickup, I noticed that the vehicle had been driven 23 miles. Why would this kind of a test drive be necessary after removing a scratch? The vehicle then needed to go back to Crash Champions 10 days later to add paint protection coating. I was advised that the coating would take place on site of Crash Champions and would be ready on the same business day. Close to the end of business, I found out that the vehicle was not going to be ready and had been taken off site to a facility 10 miles away without my permission. I found this out by checking my vehicles GPS through the app. DON'T TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO CRASH CHAMPIONS OR YOU MAY RISK THEM JOY RIDING YOUR CAR!

Don’t take your car here if you’re not trying to waste your time. They take you around in circles, every week you call and ask for an update there is a part missing, apparently the parts take 4 weeks to come in. You are better off going somewhere else!

The staff was kind and courteous and when I drop my car off for repair I received a rental car from the car repair shop so now I'm waiting for the end result of my car being repaired but the process was very good of getting started so part 2 will come when the completion of the repair

Trustworthy, fast, job well done! John was great he got my car back to me quickly his guy worked late so I could get it back in time for my road trip. My car looks beautiful!
