If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Words here cannot express how grateful I am for finding this incredible company. I wish I had called Crawford Garage Doors before I got ripped off from a couple of competitors. Whereas other companies try to upsell you with overmarked parts and extra labor, Crawford are honest, ethical and do things right!
Joey, the technician was the consummate professional. He took the time to explain in detail what he was doing and why. There's no reason to go with anyone else, unless you want to pay much more for less quality work. Thank you! I truly mean it.

Came within a few hours after I called about a problem with my garage door track with regard to a broken brace. The employee was very cordial and experienced. Did a great job of repair within a short period of time. Have used them multiple times in the past. I highly recommend them.

Two young polite men came on time to install new garage door opener. They were working very well together and showed respect which you don’t see anymore. The owner had come few days earlier to suggest what I needed and didn’t push me to buy new door. Refreshing to work with owner company. While I have not had a garage door repaired by this company, I can say from recent experience that the Crawford team is honest, respectable, and attentive in all of their business dealings, whether or not you are a customer. I recently bought a new home and will definitely be calling them if and when I need any kind of work on my garage. A stand-up company!

This business definitely deserves high ratings. I called a couple of other businesses looking for a garage door torsion spring replacement, and they refused to sell just the part, wanted to upsell the installation service. Crawford technician, on the other hand, went above and beyond trying to help. When they didn't find the exact matching spring, they recalculated the force and offered me a different match that they had in stock. They explained how to change it, and I was able to swap it the same day. Great company and very nice people.

I am absolutely surprised that still some very good, professional and reliable companies exist. It's true that was waiting 2 months, but they told me that at the very beginning that it takes time for manufacturing and that's normal. Installation took place in 3.5 hours and went smooth. All personnel was friendly and truthful.
