Had my truck in their shop for nearly 2 weeks and I kept waiting to hear something on my truck I went in one day to ask them personally and the Daniel guy at the desk caught a attitude with me and didn’t tell me anything about my truck so eventually just had to call them and tell them I was picking my truck up and once I did pick up my truck the glove box was broken and everything I had in my truck was scattered around inside I wouldn’t recommend them unless you want more problems

Redid my brakes on my 2012 Honda Civic at a great price. Will definitely be back for future issues!

Honest and reasonably priced. My go to shop. If they can’t service your issue, they will be honest and tell you and no charge for the diagnostic tests.

They had my car for a week. Never called to update me. We’re annoyed & frankly rude when I came by to check on it (had to-since they don’t answer the phone). Will NOT be coming back

This place has been nothing but on point in the past 2 years. No complaints everything done well great pricing great service probably 10+ visits and never went back for anything not done right or otherwise hope you have the same experience!

These guys were so friendly and quickly fixed a tire for us. We go thru this area frequently and we will definitely go back if we need anything.

Had some bad AC work done by them in the past. Ac died again 6 months later.

Inherited a car worked on by them exclusively. The serpentine belt tensioner release bolt was stripped and the drivers tire bolts were torqued on absurdly tightly, and it appears that a few of them had threading destroyed by overtorquing.

I can't recommend anything other than that you stay away.

Took my 2018 truck in to get warranty work done. These clowns tried to send a $4,000 invoice to my warranty company charging for antifreeze, bolts, break cleaner, and an actual “oil change sticker”. When has anyone ever been charged for an oil change sticker? All while “never physically breaking down the motor” to investigate. (Daniel’s actual words)

I explained we are only doing the work the warranty company covers. Daniel said, “oh no; someone will have to be paying for the difference. ” Like it was his vehicle and he was going to do what he wanted to. Missing the point of how a warranty company operates. (They won’t spend a penny to save a thousand; until failure has occurred)

Daniel and James are a real piece of work; they have an attitude and constantly gave me the run around. Always “we will call you and let you know”, not once in a week’s time did this happen. Had to physically show up for him to give me a copy of the work up. (That was submitted days prior) And even then he could never give me a straight answer of what was going on. It was always an excuse and a stall to add more to a work up.

I definitely don’t recommend this shop. They are looking to take advantage and get over anyway they can. This place isn’t what it used to be when Keith and Dan ran the show. My only regret is that I’m not a lawyer so I couldn’t trap them into a lawsuit.

I have had good prompt service ever time I have had my Jeep or truck worked on and at a reasonable price.

These guys are awesome they helped my hubby get a part off his Porsche and did not even charge him. So we went back got a set of tires for his truck! Thanks Daniel for your help!

These guys know their business. Dropped off my car with an AC problem. They called me 5 minutes after to come back. Found a plug not connected. NO CHARGE

On vacation & brakes making noise. Took it in & they looked at them & said they were ok. Also had oil changed. They were very nice & charged a fair price. Would use them if we lived in area & would recommend them.

We don't need to use them often, but when we do they treat us like family. My 2019 Ford F150 STX Super Crew has never needed a wrench turned on her except for routine maintenance. Today, we had to get the oil changed quickly for an unexpected trip out of town. The local "quick oil change" place wanted over $110 for a 6 quart full synthetic oil change. We called Crawfordville Auto Repair. They got us in within a half hour and out the door for $75. They have installed trailer hitches and repaired tires on previous vehicles, always without an issue. I would certainly trust them to do serious engine work also. Before we head out west this spring they will be changing all my hoses, belt and idler pulley, transmission fluid, cooling fluid, and all the bulbs except headlamps. I want a worry free trip and I feel confident C A R will do quality work.
