Good day, I wanted to sit down and share my experience today. I always try to use local owned businesses. I called today and spoke to Scott. He stated he had my part to come on in. I've heard this at other places before. I showed up and sure as his word, he had my part. Then The we chatted about a few things and of I went all perfect. These guys are Top Shelf. Store was very clean, organized and right on price to help those of us on a budget. Thanks Team Creative for your professionalism.

Staff was very polite and answered all my questions. They repaired/upgraded my old desktop within a few day and very happy with it. Will be bring them more work for recovery of data on some old hard drives.

I had CCS build a computer 11 or 12 years ago and it is still and exceptional computer. I am now getting a laptop from them and having it mirror my desktop. I know they will provide exactly what I need.

This is my second time using Creative Computer Solutions and I have been very satisfied with their assessments and the solutions to my computer issues. They are very honest, don't try to upsell you and I found the price to be very reasonable. They kept in touch with me about what they were doing and finished the work in a very timely manner. You hope to never need their services but you know you will eventually and it is good to know that CCS is there to rectify your issues.

I trust them. I took in a laptop and they could have pushed for me to fix it but they were honest and told me it wasn't worth it.

My PC went on a blink. Scott attended to me when I brought it in for repair. His diagnostics discovered a faulty power supply unit, and was replaced, taking one day. I am very satisfied for their quick service at very fair price. I highly recommend this shop.

Scott with CC was prompt, knowlegable, courteous and PATIENT. I couldn't have been happier for my printer's scanning utility to have been fixed. I'll be back with computer-related issues in the future if they arise, and they will. Highly commended!

I have been very pleased with Creative Computer Solutions. I have been a customer for some time and have not been disappointed. Very friendly staff.want to update. Since I wrote this, nothing has changed, I would not trust my computer to anyone else.

Creative Computer Solutions was able to diagnose the problem with my tablet the same day. Although the tablet could not be repaired, CCS worked with me so I was able to use my other computer until I can decide what type of tablet I will use in the future.
