Had such great experience and service today, I had a haircut and blowout with Adrienne and my eyebrows were waxed by Karalee, both were super nice and did an amazing job, they made sure to consult with me and ask exactly what I wanted and explained what they recommended. Will definitely be coming back to this salon.

I am giving 3 stars for a few reasons. I really like the atmosphere of the salon, and the stylists are all very kind and welcoming. I knocked off 2 stars because I came in on Sunday and asked for curtain bangs, face framing layers, and layers throughout. I showed the stylist exactly what I wanted in multiple videos of a hairstyle I had in the past. It was a bit past my shoulders, with layers, curtain bangs, and face framing layers. Now I did tell her “if it’s dead cut it off” but at that point I feel it would’ve been better to maybe confirm with me “this is where the hair will be” with her fingers or something so that I at least knew where it would be before it was cut. Once the hair is cut it’s cut and it’s done.you can’t go back. What I ended up with was a full on chop.one that I did not agree to. When you go to the salon for a chop you make it a big deal and it’s like a freeing thing.that’s not what I was going for.so I sort of got an unintentional feeling of okay it’s gone, this is good…but I hated it. I didn’t have the heart to tell her in that moment because I was so shocked and upset I didn’t want to cry in the salon. I didn’t even attempt to get a refund or let her try to fix it because it’s already so short that there’s little room for improvement without taking even more length off. I have never left a salon more upset and I’m more mad at myself for not standing up for myself and demanding I get what I paid for. I’ve been spiraling for days since I got it. My face is very round and my hair is thick and wavy so the cut just doesn’t work for me.and I can’t even just throw it in a high bun and move on because it’s that short. I will say, after all that, I’m okay with it only because I know that the hair that was cut was dead, very dry, and probably needed to come off anyway. I just felt upset that I didn’t really have a say in the matter.she just chopped it and then said “it looks cute! ” which it does…it looks cute.in a young child kind of way. Not at all what I wanted or asked for. Anyway sorry for the lengthy review, I just had to say something.

Lisa was amazing. She consulted with other stylists to ensure she could get my hair exactly how I wanted and she delivered! All of the women were exceptionally kind and my experience was overall wonderful. Pricing was good as well

I just moved to St. Cloud and went to Creative Hair II for the first time. Everyone was so nice, and the salon is beautiful. Brinkley W.did an amazing job on my highlights, color, cut and style!

Went out on a whim and tried Creative hair salon for the first time and I was amazed with my results. I just moved here in March and needed my hair done and got my hair done by Brenda. I wanted a balayage and to chop quite a few inches off with it being hot here in Florida! I’m in love with my new hair and have gotten so many compliments.

My daughter, my mom and I go to Creative Hair II since we found them by the middle of this year and they are all amazing, super great staff that make you feel welcome and very cool and nice environment. We love Adrienne and Jaz they are amazing and they are always booked, but in general all of them are excellent stylists and I wouldn't change them never. Trust me any of them will make you look great.

It was my first time going to this hair salon. I was a little nervous at first. However, my hair coloring experience there was absolutely awesome!
I cannot say enough good things about Brenda, who was my colourist. She was extremely kind and took her time to make sure I was getting exactly what I wanted. At the time I had virgin hair and did not have any experience with coloring my hair and Brenda took me step by step on what she would be doing. The result of my highlights was absolutely amazing and I will definitely be returning to Brenda and Creative Hair Salon for her services
