I emailed Stephanie Nistor this morning. She emailed right away with the answer that I was looking for. Excellent corresponding.

In the last 6 months, I had to submit a couple maintenance requests, and it’s been a breeze: online portal is easy to use and keeps all of the history, so it’s easy to check the records. Both requests were done quickly, which makes me believe that management company is on top of it. All my emails been answered in a timely manner. So far, my experience been very positive.

I am new to Florida and never used a Management Company! The Stephanie I have been dealing with can not be the same person these other reviews are referring to! Now I know why they say make an appointment because nobody at this office actually works!

The rental application form needs to be updated. If you need to know our birthdays then you should ask for it on the form. If you need photo ID of a drivers licence then ask for it on the form. Also it surprised me that you cannot accept an international money order as payment. This should be rectified as well. If these procedures had been in place our application could have been ready in 2 hours instead of 2 weeks.

Stephanie acknowledged my second email of the day very promptly. My first email with my proxy sent early in the morning to the general email address did not seem to have been read. The one sent directly to Stephanie was acknowledged very professionally and quickly. Thank you!

This company is awful! They lie about services provided such as security and towing, which are part of the HOA fees. They will not provide proof of security schedule. They constantly close the pool. Why isn’t pool maintenance being done during winter? They take months to fulfill a request with excuse after excuse, but they are quick to send noncompliance notices, which I fulfill, but many in this neighborhood do not follow suit. The full directory is not listed. There are names but no titles and no contact information. They never pick up the phone or call back. They only email.
