6My Central Heat/AC refused to provide heat last week and I was told by another company it would cost over $3000 to repair. I then called Credible Ac/heat. They came the next day and was able to replace the whole unit the next day before it really got cold. The price was reasonable and personnel were knowledgeable, courteous, and on time.
In this company I found the best value for money. Definitely recommend. Thank you!

When I called for an appointment, they were able to send a technician out the next day. (One place I called didn't even return my call for 3 days.) He came out, looked at everything and gave me an estimate. I had a heat pump installed and both of the technicians were friendly & respectful of my property & home. I had to call the next morning because there was a problem, but it wasn't their fault. (The drain pipe previously replaced before I bought the home was not properly glued together.) Even so, the technician repaired the issue at no charge to me. The woman on the phone was always pleasant & helpful. I would definitely use them again.
Fast and knowledgeable repairman. A/C is working again. Somewhat expensive but nowadays that is the case with every company.
I used them for a new unit in January 2022. Some of the vents were leaking and I called them in September. I have seven vents in my house. It’s a small two bedroom two bath house. They told me they wanted $450 per vent to fix the leaks. Do the math…They caused some of the leaks when they install the new unit. I would not recommend these people at all. They’re rude and they’re very obnoxious. Next to find a better AC company.
