I am a current member and do not recommend. My previous review has been deleted. I do not understand how or why honest reviews are deleted from Google. I expressed my concerns upon joining and my written request to cancel and to get a refund was ignored. After my first 30 days, I was told I couldn't cancel since 30 days had passed. I was never provided this information until after the first 30 days ended. I made my initial request in writing and verbally over the phone multiple times and was completely ignored as if there was no way to cancel after joining. I had high hopes for this program and initially felt like Credit Suite cared about the success of my business. After joining I was pushed into a call center environment with representatives from outside of the US. They are very dismissive, rude, condescending, and abrasive. This was not my expectation of the program. The cost of the program is not worth the investment. It's more of a bait and switch. Bureau Insights in completely useless which is an additional cost per month. I could have accomplished more continuing to watch YouTube video on Business Credit. I am extremely disappointed that I made such a large investment on something that is not helpful. Also, upon joining one of the benefits (FREE Bonus) was credit bureau data free for 90 days then then $24 a month. That program was cancelled days after I signed up and switched to Bureau Insights at $69 a month in addition to what I was already paying. Another reason I wanted to cancel. I had not budgeted for an additional $69 per month on top of what I was already paying. Again, I was completely ignored. No alternative was offered. It was more of a take it or leave it but you cannot cancel. Overall, I was misled and find no value whatsoever in this program that I am now stuck with and stuck paying thousands of dollars for. Hopefully this review will not get deleted like my first review. I'm trying to be careful how I say this but I do not believe I said anything inappropriate in my first review. I am not receiving what I paid for and I should have been allowed to cancel in my first 30-days. I paid using Credit Key which was recommended by Credit Suite (their finance partner). Supposedly Credit Key reports to but I cannot find that it is reported and no one with Credit Suite or Credit Key can tell me if and when it will be reported. It is not reflected on Bureau Insights that I or any representative can tell. This make no sense. I have no issue investing in myself or my business. But as a small business owner, I cannot afford to be taken advantaged of. For me, your program over promises and under delivers.

They sell you a dream only to deliver more debt for your business. Their credit product isn't worth the money. Don't make the mistake I made and wast $1200 of your hard earned business capital on their products. They do a great job selling you. I was sold and super excited only to be disappointed and now ANGRY that they took my $1200 and will not issue a refund to me.

I’m so happy and surprised at the results I’m getting! I knew I’d get some credit, but so far I’ve been able to get approved for every account I’ve applied for. I think it’s great for them to explain why I’m getting denied, then show me what to fix to get approved. They REALLY know their stuff!

I started using their Fundability software and immediately found 7 issues that needed my attention. I worked with my coach to fix a few things, then immediately started getting approvals. I was even able to get an AMEX account with no limit, even though they had just denied me 3 weeks earlier.

They helped me get an SBA loan for $326,000 after I applied and was turned down at multiple banks. I’m already using the money for marketing and am on track now to grow over 30% this year. Highly recommend!

This has been a highly disappointing investment for my business. Despite promises of quickly building business credit and separating my personal and business accounts, I have experienced constant phone calls and emails with no real value. After two months and significant expenses, completing their recommended steps has yielded no results. The only useful business credit I have is what I established independently.

The process, contrary to their claims, is time-consuming with each step requiring reporting to credit bureaus. While I understand this is not their fault, my attempts to communicate during the waiting period were met with limited response. Even when my credit reports were updated and I sought guidance on next steps, I encountered unhelpful replies and was directed to call for further discussion.

Regrettably, the call proved to be unproductive and a waste of my time, lacking any meaningful conversation about my business goals. It has become evident that this program holds little value, and I deeply regret investing in it. My attempts to share my experience on another review site were met with the company refuting my claims and inaccurately suggesting that my business had received funding as a result of their product. I want to clarify that my business had already secured funding prior to purchasing their credit suite, and the decision was unrelated to their offering.

Overall, this has been a highly disappointing experience, and I urge others to carefully consider the value and efficacy of this program before investing.

I’ve used Credit Suite to build business credit for 3 of my companies. I can’t say enough about how awesome their software and team is. By far, the best in the business.

I tried to build business credit on my own for over a year with dismal results. Within my first month they had me getting multiple approvals, and now I can see that new credit reporting on my credit report.

Great company, awesome team, love my results! They have great selection of business credit accounts, and they list all the details for each one so I can easily choose what works best for me. I already have some approvals and am in the process of applying for even more credit.

I personally love the coaching the best. They call me all the time to check in, and are great at answering questions and helping me avoid mistakes. I’ve been a client for less than a month and have already been approved for 6 business credit accounts.

False advertising! They promote constantly that you can obtain business credit without use of your personal credit that is FALSE even with the Tier 1 companies they list, more than half require use of your social security number for credit check. They also charge $197 to use their software for things you can do on your own for free! The best way to get business credit is to make sure you have good standing personal credit, do not get into debt trying to obtain business credit from companies like credit suite.

Without question, the worst money I've spent on my business. If you value constant phone calls and emails with no real value behind them, maybe this is for you. But, I bought into this on promises of quickly building business credit so I could separate my business and and personal accounts.

Six months in, I’ve spent a chunk of money to complete all the things they say are critical and have nothing to show for it. The useful business credit I have is the credit I acquired on my own.

Despite what the videos state, their process takes time. After each step, things have to report to the credit bureaus. There’s no way to speed it up and I absolutely understand that it’s not the fault of this service.

While in that waiting period, I emailed several times and talked to them a handful of times. I'm not getting on the phone with them every week when there is literally nothing to do but wait. So when I logged into my account a few weeks ago to see my status as “Not responding, ” I was annoyed.

My credit reports updated April 3. I uploaded them and emailed the business advisor team asking about how to unlock the next steps. I didn't get a reply. I replied to one of many marketing emails, asking for a status. I got an unhelpful reply, saying I needed to call them to talk through the next step.

So, I called them for this critical conversation that had to happen before I could start the next step in the process. I expected some kind of conversation about my business goals and objectives.but no. It was a strange, stilted conversation during which the woman opened up the next step for me. There was no point to the call, and certainly no value added. It was, without question, a waste of my time.

And I'm starting to see there's no point to the program. I'm sorry I paid for it.

I posted a similar review on another review site. Their response was to tell me I was wrong about their product and my interactions with their team and to state my business had received funding. So let me nip that in the bud. My business applied for and was offered funding before I bought the credit suite product. After it became clear I wouldn’t get a better funding offer anytime soon, I accepted the original funding offer. It had nothing to do with their product. In fact, at the point I had accepted the funding, I had not completed their oh-so-critical steps and my credit reports were not updated.

Set up an account. I put my email in incorrectly and noticed it right away. Been trying for five days now to no avail. No one will answer and the only time you can speak to someone is if you want to buy something new.

To start with, I advice everyone to make sure to get the full details about all expenses and extra money you will pay once you sign up as partner with them, they are hungry for money and don't care about you, I am a business lady and I make sure that I explain every single details to my client before moving forward, nothing was explained to me, the sales person pushed so hard to get me sign in, I paid large amount to sign up as a partner and then left a lone, if I need anything else I still have to pay or pay more and upgrade to be able to do so. I regret that I singed up, now I am paying every month with no benefit. Bad service and bad company.
