Crescent House Apartments, Miami Lakes FL

This is probably the best property I have ever lived on, incredibly kempt and clean neighborhood. Friendly/caring office staff, and attentive maintenance. Walking distance to Publix and other shops. I have lived here for about a year and have no complaints. It has been a wonderful experience living at Crescent House Apartments.

I've lived in these apartments for almost 11 years now. I love it here! The staff is amazing, especially Holly! She is always there when I have a need or request. Any issues are solved right away, and that makes me feel safe and secure. I'll be here for several years to come until I retire. I highly recommend Crescent House Apartments.

Incredible location. Clean and modern apartments. Beautifully maintained grounds. The other tenants are quiet and respectful. Janille and the entire front office staff are warm, knowledgeable, extremely helpful, and very professional.

My husband and I have lived here at Crescent House apartments now for 2 years. We absolutely love living here. Holly, the Property Manager and her staff are just amazing. In some ways, your property management can make or break your living experience and with Crescent House it’s all in the service. We couldn’t be happier!

As for their maintenance anytime I have submitted a maintenance request I have received a prompt response. Whether it was changing light bulbs, AC filter, maintenance is quick and thorough.

I’m renting in this community for 4 years and The leasing office is kind and nice! The leasing office assist with problems as fast they can in a good way! They have proper communication about changes and news in the community! Highly recommended!

I just moved in about 2 months ago and my experience has been great! They had video tours online so you can see the apartment before you get there so you know what to expect. I talked with Janille and she was super helpful, as were the rest of the staff. Moving to Crescent House Apartments was a great choice!

Since 2012, Holly and Janelle have made my on and off tenancy at Graham Residentials a smooth, family-like, and homey one. That personal touch, compassion, and soft business approach have earned them my respect, love, and utmost appreciation. You see! Janelle's gregarious personality and Holly's motherly instincts, coupled with their high emotional intelligence, are a breath of fresh air.

Crescent House Apartments has offered us a peaceful community and things to do within a 5-minute walk to all restaurants and shops on Main Street. We are coming up on our 3rd year living here and continue to enjoy all that Crescent has to offer, like the pool and the Miami Lakes Athletic Club membership at a discounted rate.

The front office staff, Carmen, Janille, and Holly are wonderful and will get to know you on a first-name basis! In addition, any work that is being done for the community is communicated via email timely and effective. The maintenance staff is friendly and has promptly handled all maintenance requests. We are grateful to have chosen Crescent House as our home and will continue to enjoy being Miami Lakes residents.

Living at Crescent House Apartments is truly enjoyable with friendly staff (shout out to Holly, Janelle and Carmen) and an excellent location close to amenities like a Publix grocery store, movie theater, dining options, and a CVS pharmacy. The surrounding trees provide shade, but residents must contend with the pollen and leaves staining their cars, requiring a monthly unlimited car wash membership. Moreover, the rent increase of 31.6% within 3 years may cause financial stress for some residents, and they may need to budget for this increased expense continuously. Despite this, Crescent House Apartments remains a fantastic community to live in.

Great location within walking distance to shops, restaurants, and movies on Main Street. Very secure and well maintained.

I’ve been a resident of Crescent House Apartments for 6 years and I really enjoy living in this community. The management team is helpful, responsive, and professional and the property is well- maintained. I don’t have to worry about any maintenance issues not being addressed. Super satisfied!
