Crestview at Cordova Apartment Homes, Pensacola FL

All they do is lie dont nothing be what they say it is, they claim to have remodeled apartments but they dont. It looks like they haven’t upgraded since early 2000’s and they have a huge rodent problem they make you handle on your own! And to top it off rent high for no readjustment cus nobody do they're job. Our time at crestview was riddled with injuries from falling down stairs due to missing steps (they took weeks to replace), non working smoke detectors in common areas during actual fires (walked into a smoke filled laundry room), and the inability to ever speak to any staff because the office was never open. I strongly do not recommend.

Although our experience renting was mostly positive, after moving out, rent was auto withdrawn from our bank account wrongfully. That happened Aug 1. It is Sep 23, and we STILL haven’t received $1,600.

We’ve requested to speak to a supervisor on 6 different occasions, and still have not heard a thing. Stay far away.

The staff at crestview at Cordova are phenomenal! The office staff are always available and ready to assist at a moment’s notice. Any issues are resolved immediately especially when it comes to the safety of her residents. Amanda V is the property manager and her assistant Sam are professional, diligent and handle there tenants with urgency and are empathetic to the needs of all her tenants. Ms. Velazquez is outstanding. Her tenant relationship’s are professional & friendly overall impeccable. I’ve lived there for a few years now and have seen residents abuse her property. (While blaming others) Her maintenance team is amazing they fix and or repair diligently! I highly recommend crestview at cordova.

This place has seriously gone downhill due to the new management that started about a year ago. They are very unhelpful, unresponsive people. Amanda is fine. But the other girl in the office, Stephanie, is a very rude, patronizing person. She should not work with people at all. She will tell you one thing and do the other and completely lie and waste your time. She will also not apologize whatsoever and instead talk down to you for her mistakes. If you have the displeasure of talking to or meeting with Stephanie, I would come in or call at a different time. Expect her to play games, waste your time, and be rude all throughout the experience
