I referred my fiance to cricket wireless to switch her service because of the outstanding service i received from the store on colonial drive in orlando. Unfortunately she came to this store.she brought home a brand new phone straight out of the box and was very happy with the purchase. Upon opening the phone i noticed that the water damage sticker had already turned red. She told me that the salesman strongly suggested she get the phone insurance upon selling the phone to her. Very strongly encouraged her to get the insurance. Unfortunately i had to work so we could not get back for 2 days. When we arrived they told her it was fraud and that she had to buy a new phone and pay another activation fee. So seeing as how this store sold her a bunk phone and ripped her off for ber money. I strongly suggest that you not shop at this store. They are rip offs and thieves. I used to own a cellphone store and i know how this works. The phone bluescreened almost immediately. This was not done by her. This was their choice ans i will be leaving a bad review for this store every single day until they resolve the issue. Complete crooks. Bad business on their part. Phone was never near water but had water damage. The fact that tbe salesman strongly suggested purchasing the insurance is proof that he knew he was selling her a bunk phone and wanted her to get tbe insurance so that when it did malfunction she could exchange it but as all cellphone insurance works you still have to pay a fee. Bad bad bad bad business guys. I hope your store dies.

My wife was having trouble with receiving group texts. She came home raving about Mark at the Casselberry store. He knew what the problem was right away and fixed her phone immediately. She was really impressed with his service.

Systems crash every now and then but the staff is knowledgable and work efficiently to get you out. Mark was outstanding!

Excellent service. Mark is one of the best customer service professionals I have ever met. Knowledgeable, helpful, answering questions, solving issues with the other carriers, always calm, not pushy. He helped my whole family. Well done, Cricket!

I visit this Cricket store for all my cell phone needs. My only recommendation is that the team there check their stock prior to recommend a phone. There have been 2 occasions that I went to upgrade my phone and they recommend a phone that they no longer have in stock.

This is aggravating and causes me to visit another location to make my purchase.

Came into the store with my mom to get service and phones but quickly left because the rudest employee she was a woman and i think there should be a standard to work with OTHER PEOPLE.her breath smelled to bad and so did her body smell she was rude not informative very attitudish and i ended up going to a different cricket because there is no way i could have stayed in that store. Over all cricket has great service i love it

Love cricket for a monthly fee always the same and good service from employees i always go there if not sure of something with phone. Great people they hire. Have recommended cricket to friends and family here and up north.

I decided to get rid of my ancient flip phone and upgrade to an Android phone. I have never owned or used and Android phone. Natalie waited on me when I entered the store. She did not spend any time with me or help me with the phone at all. She acted as though she could not be bothered. A few weeks later the phone began malfunctioning and had to be returned for a replacement. When I went back to the store to have my replacement phone set up Natalie waited on me again and was even more RUDE to me than the first time. I regret that I ever switched from T-Mobile to Cricket. Worst customer service ever.

Don't go to this store. They will put a screen protector on your phone with out your permission and charge you for it. They'll also enroll you in insurance with out your permission.

Beware!
Don't go here! We gave this store several chances. They just took our money and didn't provide the service. I tried calling customer services directly with no results. We were forced to move to a different provider.
