Naiomy was so helpful with my upgrade and with helping me choose a new phone. She helped transfer all of my information and made me laugh while we waited.

Carlitos is the best! My new phone wasn't working properly so i took my phone to cricket where Carlitos was working. He did a complete diagnostic on my phone. He found the problem then fixed it. Im so happy with his service! Thanks so much Carlitos!

Thank you to the Manager Allen and Naiomy at the Cricket Armenia location for patiently going out of their way to aid me in recovering my passwords, and for their effort in not giving up. They show great customer service and I would recommend this Cricket Wireless location to anyone in Tampa! They are great!

Al and Jon were very helpful with great customer service. I was close to switching to another wireless company after bad experience with another store. They explained everything and helped correct mistakes that were made by another cricket store.

Recommend going to them when you need a new phone or upgrading a dated phone.

TURN IT DOWN! Constantly has super loud blasting music that you can hear anywhere in the strip mall. Very annoying and inconsiderate. Turn it down!

Worst service, employee and customer service I've ever experienced! Paid for top plan and had to go back 2004 and hold my sideways outside to get service

I got switched over to Cricket for the first time and the customer service by Vlad was professional and honest. I never felt pressured to buy a specific phone or any extra accessories. He knew all the details about all their phones and service plans to help me make a good choice. He knows all the tips and apps to help first time Cricket buyers. I will be going back to this store for my next phone upgrade. Thanks Vlad

The manager customer services is GREAT. The District manager in the other hand is the worst of the worst. I'm been customer of cricket for over 2 yrs. I have bought more the 7 phones since I have 5 lines. Anyways my point is that I went to buy 2 Iphones over $750.00 each. John the manager told me that he only have 1 the store in Brooksville have the other one that I need. The manager call the district manager to let him know that he need and iphone that is in another store. The district manager did not answer the phone only will answer tru text. John the manager tell him that i need another phone the is at the other store. That he will go to the store and get it for me. Mr. Camilo Carrascal the district manager told him NO. John as manager try to give the customer the best services but the district manager I guess he doesn't care about the business. I call the corporate office in Texas and they care less about my complaint. Is so sad to see how a big company like this one treat the employees. I wish my concert can be heard by someone. This review is not base on the store manager is about from him up. District manager and corporate office in texas.

The manager refused to give me any refund back. I tried to return the 4 free cells he refused to take them back. I was informed that they are a no refund company. I went in to open a $100.00 per month 4 line account on Friday 3/15/2019. Went back Monday 3/18/2019 expecting only loose the activation fee for the 4 call phone. Instead I was told there was to be no refunds. My total payment and loss is $283.48, I was charged for a hot spot that was not needed and for covers that I thought were free for 3 of the cells. To say the least, the service was terrible, very slow connections, hot spot was barely working. Glad to say I'm back with Metro PC. I am not afraid to call Cricket thieves as they are keeping all of my money. I am 74 years old on a very fixed income. I will pray for the manager of the store as I was told that the decision is his to make.
