8They tried to help me, but unfortunately, I have a Note 10 plus, and apparently, I can't get the Cricket hotspot with my phone. Crazy right? I'm going to have to purchase a separate, portable hotspot to connect all my other devices.
Just wonderful help when i had a problem with mine phone with the kindness of the person there just made mìne day with mine issue taken care of just wonderful.
Tell you one price on the phone and then add 200 when you walk it. Will be leaving cricket for somewhere else.
Excellent customer service and patience as we transferred two active Verizon phones over to their Cricket wireless service and have plenty of service now, whereas with Verizon I never had service barely anywhere. I don't know why I waited Soo long before switching service providers but wished I had done it sooner.
Person on duty couldn't fix Cricket situation told me to come back next day because male person working would be able to fix situation
Stay away, or go to another cell phone company, u will leave with no phone to use. But u will have paid over $200 dollars for nothing.
Not worth the time. If you are already a customer they wont cut you any kind of break on purchasing items.
