There's always just one person working at this location. Nothing wrong with the service there I just think they should have two people working.

Knowledgeable staff. When it comes to mobile devices, there's a lot to know. I found that the staff was pretty up to date about the devices being sold. I was impressed as they helped me find the right device after I told them my needs and wants. I ended up choosing a OnePlus device and i couldn't have been happier. OP sells blazing fast devices for the power user like me.

The one is only because I can not rate a zero. My daughter went there this morning with her boyfriend to update her phone. When the associate, Connie mistakenly thought my daughter went to the car with her boyfriend to get her phone case, she told her co- worker that she didn't like those people and then preceded to mock my daughter's voice while saying the exact same sentence that my daughter had said about not needing to purchase a phone case. This is so rude and had I been there, I would have definitely called her out on it. I am currently on the phone with Cricket making a formal complaint about this associate.

I actually went to the store less than a week later to personally make a complaint to the store manager since I had tried calling multiple times with no answer. Low and behold, guess who is the manager? CONNIE! I was super shocked. I also was unable to speak with her, she was not working that day. I ask for the regional manager's number. The sales associate could not give it to me but he did call the regional manager, who did not speak with me nor ever give me a call. Again, poor business etiquette.

Austin was great the clients before us where being jerks to him and making a ruckus but he handled it super well. When we got to the counter my teenager was buying his 1st phone with his money and setting up his own phone line, Austin was super handling it. It was a great experience thank you.

Had a problem with my phone. Walked in to meet 2 pleasant representatives of Cricket. They both were very kind. They fixed my phone in no time. It was so major to me but they made it a minor problem and fixed it. Awesome service

Works well in Panama City but Cricket service not good for areas of Florida north of hwy 90. Very poor signal when traveling north. We regularly travel to Sneads, Bonifay, Marianna, and Crestview installing flooring and that has been our experience with the cricket service.

Rudest customer service on the planet. They have a real, true life narcissist working there. Zero clue how that guy (monster) still has a job. Seriously.

Worst customer service I have ever had one guy is so big he can’t even get out of the chair to help me look for what I want.how can you be a salesman but not able to get up and sale just holler from across the room and point.absolutely ridiculous, also extremely rude curly headed kid put something extra on my account without my knowledge this is unacceptable. I used to frequent this store but I will just go to another location from now on

Friendly helpful staff, but the service plans are a rip off. Lots of fees like activation etc. No such thing at most pay by the month places

Took calling 3 stores to get someone to answer, I know it is short staffed everywhere so I understand not getting an answer fast. I am referred to customer service to ask my question. My question is will my phone work on Crickets Service because I want to change my phone service from Boost to Cricket. Of course I get a foreigner that can't even understand or answer my question. Nice experience for first time.

The ladies that assisted me and my wife were awesome. They maintained patience as we worked out getting my pin number for porting. I really like the fact of being able to afford phones and not financing them. Also another cool thing is what they say is the price of your plan is the price of your plan. No hidden fees.

Ex-Employee here. Don't come in. I was fired on my 4th day for no reason. Turns out they cut a lot of corners and that includes mass firing. They will try to sell things you won't need. Very shady.
