We were treated very bad they did things to our account that they weren't supposed to and staff is very rude

HORRIBLE costumer service! They always have attitude and doesn't want to help you. I went to the other location on 27 hwy, and they help me quick they even call costumer service for me and fix my problem.

The staff every time I have gone there, have no idea what to do or why it's happening they don't try to find an answer they just tell me to call 611. No troubleshooting no help at all. I've heard ride remarks for the girls there to customers, walk away from customer to the back area and sit to talk with whom ever was in the back. I called a few days back to verify info on this 3g thing. The girl who answer told me, after I asked my questions, that she could not do anything to call 611. She didn't explain about the 3-4g. About the phone cricket was offering in place of the old phone how long, didn't check my account as she should of. Just call 611 give them your info.prior to that I went there because my car did work.my phone kept "not receiving" sms message or pictures. I told them the phone a Samsung Galaxy the young lady said my phone was fried to call 611 so they can help me. Saw the man walk in and turned to him and ask him if she could help him. "Not the first time that has happened" not only to me but I have seen it with other's while I waited to be waited on in this store. The team here need etiquette training and customer service training because they are not knowledgeable in much but call 611 for everything. 1 star for location but now I don't even go there. I will go to the one on 27 for everything.

Terrible service. I wouldn't shop here. Sold me the wrong phone and now cricket won't fix. STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE. Should be no stars

The workers there are awesome they will do there best to get you the best deal and all the extra accessories for as little as possible and as convenient as possible.

Went to Haines City location on 17/92 to purchase new phones. Your store manager, Denisse was so terrific! She was so patient with Gene and me. Denisse devoted her undecided attention to us; we are not very well versed with technology, including the operation of the cell phone. I cannot express how grateful we are to have been cared for by Denisse! Denisse is outstanding, and extremely patient. Thank you, Denisse and Cricket Wireless.

The lady that was there was very RUDE.she wasn't helping us.very bad service i would recommend that store at all. Very bad service NO RESPECT AT ALL FROM HER.

The manager at this store she is simply rude and has a horrible attitude towards customers. She has a little sarcastic way of answering your questions like she doesn't want to be bothered to sell anything! And not to mention picking unnecessary fights with the gas station customers over parking spaces which I might add don't have reserved parking signs!

Phone service not that great neither is the customer service a little too ghetto, price is a little more than what it ought to be for what you get, definitely need more cell towers as to have less drop calls it is ridiculous I guess you get what you pay for: (,
