I bought a phone on November 17 2021 for my son for Christmas, I asked for a 64 GB phone, the lady there showed me a Samsung Galaxy and told me it was a it was a 64GB phone my not big on GB on phones, but that's what my son asked for so I took her word for it and bought it I didn't hook up at first because I didn't want to shut off my son's phone he had already had and I told her I would bring back around Christmas to hook it up. So today I bring it back today to get it hooked up and that's when I noticed on the side of the box it says 32gb and I asked her I thought you said this was 64gb phone and she said it is and I said it says different on the box, and so she checked and she said sorry I thought it was, and I said can I return it and get the 64gb and she said I'm 5 days past the return. So now I'm stuck with a phone I did not want
Let's be clear, I do not blame the lady at the store, I been a customer for a long time with cricket, and she's always been awesome she just made a mistake I blame the store owner and cricket
