7How can you sell someone a phone without telling them you don't have the tempered glass until after you charge them and activate the phone. Horrible customer service. Poor selection of phones and cases.
We walked in we were seated for the duration of 20 minuets, Before being asked if we needed assistance.
Forced to change cell phone because of 5g and my previous provider no longer has signal in my area. Some of my neighbors had switched to Cricket so decided to try. A friend had suggested a Motorola stylus as it is closest to what I was used to. Aleysha was extremely helpful
She tried to find any discounts I might qualify for. She set up my phone and my payment plan. The following week she untangled the mess I had caused due to my lack of being tech savvey. Highly recommended.

Lazz is the only person in that store that knows anything, he truly a guru, the other people working there don't know sqat, if lazz leaves, no more cricket, my key board quit working, the one lady tried, couldn't fix it, the manager and the other guy wouldn't even attempt it, the next day. I went back to lazz 10 minutes fixed
Very nice people they need to learn a little more about their job but all in all I was in good hands
