Should up last night at 7: 57 to make a payment on my cellphone and he said he was closed even though it wasn’t 8pm

This is the best cricket store I have even been in too in over 10 years. Marlon was fluent in language and knowledge with the products. I was in town with a phone that didn't work well and he made my trip amazing with the phone I was able to purchase at his store. Thank you Marlon. Came into this location looking to get a phone and set up a line for my daughter. I originally asked if they had any flip phones because my daughter is only 8, and I was looking for something that would only be for emergencies, and not be a distraction to her during school. NOT because I can’t afford something better- which is how the staff treated me. The girl behind the counter looked at us with a blank face and then laughed at us and asked another employee in the store if he would like to answer our questions (Since she wouldn’t give us the time of day). He rolled his eyes at us and basically just said no. Once we said we were leaving another man popped up from behind the counter and said we could get a flip phone but it would be more expensive than a touch screen. As if that would be an issue for us lol. I wasn’t worried about the money- just wanted to know what my options were. We left right away. My daughter was excited and I would’ve ended up getting a phone if the staff here wasn’t so rude and judge mental towards us.

I want to commend this company for hiring exquisite employees like Z. He is very professional, courteous, informative, patient, and an excellent communicator. He was very helpful on the phone and in person, giving us the best options available for our needs. Z is what customer service at its best is.
