Cricket Wireless Authorized Retailer, Naranja FL

I was greeted by a extremely rude worker there around 10: 30 am yesterday. I went there to pay my bill and was told with an aggressive tone and dirty look to come back one hour later when clearly the store opens before that. I'll take my business elsewhere no thanks.

I went to the store and the service was amazing and the manager was perfect i would advice you to go that store. And again i cant cant say anything bad about the manager.

The manager was awesome and he was very helpfull he gave us great service I will differently visit again

Great customer service. I had a wonderful experience when I was confused on which company should I go with. The manager Was very helpful and he Went above and beyond to help me figure out what type of a plan, phones, and payment that fit me and my family needs. I’m soo glad that I went to this store when I was confused to decide what company should I go with. If there’s anything more than 5 starts rating I would definitely give it to them.

I added 1 line and I am here at another cricket wireless to pay my phone, they are telling me that I have 5 lines on an account that is not even under my name! Fraud place do not recommend.

Horrible service the manager told me he could fix my phone in the store and lied and told me that he friend could fix it some where else I don’t think the owner of the store knows he’s trying to make extra money in he’s pocket! I don’t like the store manager Ahmad he’s rude and should be fried!

This a joke of a company the manager has attitude problem he don't have no customer service all he want to do is Rob customers for their money they are Robin numbers from customers from metro pcs to transfer them to their company i think that professional at all I do not recommend no one to go to that location
