Just tried to upgrade a phone for my son for Christmas and the employee here was definitely drunk (I could smell it on her). She told off 2 other customers as they walked in and was completely belligerent and cussing. Told one to call Cricket for what they needed and told the other the system was down and then she was so trashed she couldn’t finish the sale with me. Horrible experience!

Have been with cricket since 2016 and have never had any major issues with their customer service or any service provided by them at all. Well worth the money. Love cricket
