I love this coming to this place with my kids and wife whenever I need anything. Went in a few days ago & loved the customer service Brian, the young skinny guy gave me. He treated me very professional & was very educated about all the promos and pricing. Definitely recommend this location to anyone!
Long wait for help- i just had to pay my bill. And they didn't even have enough money in the till to make correct change- and COULD NOT GIVE ME BACK THE CORRECT AMOUNT FROM PAYING MY BILL- and they owe me money! But i cant get it.i am really upset to just be losing money for no reason! Bad very bad store- in this area there are 2 other cricket sites within 5miles i highly recommend going to any other 1
I loved the service here in this store. Right when I walked in I was welcomed by this gentleman named Brian. Really nice person and he really helped me figure out which phone would best fit me so I ended up buying the Samsung A51.

Dont believe what you see on tv. They say its free when you bring your lines over and its not true. I wanted to bring 4 lines over from metro. And the people at Cricket told me $420 dollars. What the hell kind of deal is that?

This morning I walked into the store because it was time to upgrade. Brian the sales manager knows what he is doing. He gave me the best deal and I walked out with an LG Harmony 4.
The manager HASNAIN is a thief! Never come here to buy a phone or line! They going to still your money! They sell bad phone and after the don’t respond for anything! The police should close this awfull place! PLEASE DONT COME
