I went up to cricket because I was having a charging issue the ladies were so rude in there instead of helping me with my issue they want to throw a pamphlet in my face and tell me to call insurance instead of helping me buy a new phone or figuring out my problem I feel like it's rude when I ask you if there's something I can buy in my price range and instead of helping me you tell me call insurance I could have bought a new phone with the little bit I did have in my wallet but instead I was got rude to so now I'm canceling my service through cricket you lost a customer who's been a customer for the last 7 years! This Green cove store is at the corner of 17 and State Road 16
I don't feel I should pay an EXTRA fee just by paying my bill in a Cricket store. They just don't care if their "pay on line" has many issues taking up to 40 minutes to get logged in. Cricket u suck!

Jessica is (GREAT) always helps with any problems I may have. Keep up the good work. I'm getting ready to upgrade my phone soon (Moto G Stylos 5G) I've done my research and this place has the best deal out there.

Attendants speak to quickly. In my opinion management should explain to employees why my wife could not have a Frappe. There words "we don't got carmel frappe we got mocha" ok past the grammar issues I asked "are you having a problem with the machine? ". The reply was" huh I said we got mocha not carmel OK" Now here's my logic. The manager should held a brief meeting at the beginning of the shift in forming the team that the ingredients to make my wife's guilty indulgence, had not been delivered. No the "IF", IF THIS WOULD HAVE BEEN DONE I WOULD. SORry loud caps. I would not have been forced to get out of my car after sitting there thinking "there goes my love- *-%% /, & for the night". Long story short, communication is the key to success.

I have been a loyal customer for years! But with the store under new management the new store manager is very disrespectful and too pushy! Ashely is awful and doesn’t know her stuff! The other two wonderful lady’s Jessica and Jana helped fixed her mistakes! And even though the visit was awful it came to a good end thanks to those amazing girls Mrs Jessica and miss Jana! But I will recommend other to not see Ashley!
They play obnoxious music very loudly on a loudspeaker in front of the store. It’s unfitting for the area. I hope they can come up with a better way of promoting themselves.
It is lot better than Middleburg. Why can't you put store I can walk in Middleburg store and I will have one run straight to the back room and won't even wait on me that's why I Green Cove store is lot better you got a lot nicer people
All the CSRs were very friendly and knowledgeable. We got a great deal on upgrading two of our four phones, and got cases at a discounted price
I took my elderly father here to get his first smart phone. The price was in his budget and the employees took their time talking to him and teaching him how to use it.
