5Cricket has a known bug in their system where if you go to purchase online it gives you a error message saying billing address doesn’t match. Tried to order over the phone and only avail in store or online. Called this location because this has happened before and they waived it at E Colonial Forsyth location. Girl with terrible broken English picked up phone and stated they can’t do that. Obviously they can because it’s been done before. Beware ppl. They don’t fix that bug to have ppl come in and make more money on activation fees and hire ppl that you can understand.

Me and my wife walked into the store this noon 11.15 Sunday 10/25-20 the female store attendance was talking to her friend and after awhile she said I’ll be with you guys in a minute and we replied okay. We walked around the store looking at the phones and family plans that we were excited to get into but after 5 minutes waiting for the store clerk she keeps talking to her friend and ignore us so we just walked away. It’s very awkwardly and bad service she definitely doesn’t care about customers as long as she can talk with her friend. We went to t-mobile instead and got good taking care of and signed 2 years family plan.
Awful accessories.my husband and I were near that store for other business and had forgotten our charger so we stopped by at the Cricket store to buy a car usb charger, we bought two at a cost of almost $50.00. By the time we got home by the end of the day one of the chargers had bended and the wires were exposed, I called the store and they told me that I had to stop by and bring the te re receipt; I don't live or work near there and couldnt make it easier than today.so when I get there they tell me that It's been too many days and I am SOL and out of my money. The manager sent me to call the warranty provider who now has also ditched me. That is not good customer service and is unacceptable that the store doesn't take responsibility for selling damaged goods!
