7Went here as my mother was having trouble w/her cell, uncontrollable popups when she was doing ANYTHING, even while on phone and it would just lock up phone. I was thinking virus and possible get assistance w/resetting to factory; as she'd had for about 3 years. Based on suggestion from employee, she upgraded. The team in there was super helpful and friendly. Mom spent a little more than she planned but that's how these things go right?
The best customer service ever! There were three "Karens" in the store creating a commotion, one right after another. The manager and his employee did a great job with a smile.
I hate to write a bad review about a place, but this place takes the cake
I went into the store, all I had to do is pay my phone bill (waited over a 20 minutes just to do this) than have the woman try an swindle me for a new phone these people don't care all they want is money, my phone is fine an I don't need one please stay away from this store they are rude an don't know what they are doing
Bus service the clerk didn't have to go to the location in North Port for those guys to do it
Wow! Great customer service. Transferred to Cricket from another service. 20 minutes in and out with a beautiful $150.00 new phone & case for only $25.00!
Courtney and stephanie are great sales people. They made me feel extremely welcomed and I left the store very happy.
This place sucks it has the worst phones ever and you should go somewhere else. The also have bad service.
