I recently have been having problems with my last carrier and every time I went in to there store I received very bad customer service. I wanted to change companies and decided to go to this particular store and received not only a happy and beautiful welcoming from Veronica the store manager but she helped me transfer over to Cricket. Answered all my questions and concerns and made sure I was good to go. For sure recommend this store and Veronica as your go to when ever you are in need of this carrier or any questions!
This was the best store I’ve been in the personnel was friendly knowledgeable serviceable and most of all amazing. Know Veronica was something out of this world I wish I had someone like her working for me. I will always come back to this store just because of the amazing service I received.
