7Walked in desperately needing a phone and knew I was due a long overdue upgrade. The representative was eating snacks of some sort and obviously didn't seem overly concerned to attempt to work with me and doesn't care to keep my business.

Hands down the best cell phone place I have been to. Zack greeted me at the door, I was able to leave in a timely manner with a new phone! There was also an accessory bundle I purchased, and a speaker for my kids birthday. He loves it! Very knowledgeable, friendly, and as a women I didn’t feel like I was being taken advantage of.

I crossed back over to Cricket from straight talk. All those Straight Talk is very affordable, it does not match the customer service or ease of payment offered by Cricket by any means.
