I went to buy an iphone 15 the sales associate there was really nice I believe his name was Randel. He was very knowledgeable and professional, he suggested me to get some accessories which I really needed for my new iPhone. At the end I went home very satisfied.

The staff is horrible, I bought a phone here in November 6 and the man that help me Diego, first of he is a liar and a thief he sold me a phone and gave me a price and then added a bunch of unnecessary accessories and overcharge me and had the audacity to yell at me infront of other costumers and then I went today and met the manager a little girl with a nasty attitude horrible costumer service I show her that Diego broke my phone case while he sold it to me and I wanted to exchange my phone and she just stood there didn't help me at all saying I find hard thay to believe like come on you are the manager have some sympathy she was just super rude didn't care at all my situation hopefully they closed down that store bunch of thieves and liars even her boss on the phone that she called didn't care about my situation he said nop not my problem I'll never comeback here

1 star went in to buy a new iPhone 14 plus, the guy who attended us was a cuban guy with puffy curly hair, said we had to buy also a speaker, plug charger and temper glass with the iPhone said it was store policy due to it being new owners, we just wanted the iPhone 14 plus only but he kept insisting that it was store policy to buy the speaker and other accessories with the iPhone, then he rings up the total coming out to $1000 and something with accessories that people don’t need, also the accessories don’t cost the amount he was trying to sell them for when there low cost brands from ebay, the guy tried to hustle us, but we didn’t take the bait, turned around and said no thanks. Go rip someone else off, he also was in a hurry saying it was closing time and if we wanted it that it was the only one they had in stock, and that there wouldn’t be more until a month when on there online page said there’ll were 4 left. Watch out for scam’s like this, Cricket Belle Glade no good
