Pésimo servicio al cliente, la empleada una mala educada y el manager no ayuda en nada, soy cliente de cricket hace más de 3 años, se me rompió el tell y no me quisieron pasar la targeta a otro tell que lleve con la justificación de que no tenían suficiente internet, la verdad no entendí pero fueron muy mal educados, en fin el customer service de esa tienda es horrible.

Good afternoon. I am giving this establishment a 1 start because I cannot give it a 0. The employees do not have any knowledge about the services that Criket provides and are extremely rude and unprofessional. I went in to change a SIM card and they didn't want to give me service. I already have 4 lines with Criket and I am very happy with their services, I just need to change a card because my tell broke. To my surprise, the customer service lady did not feel comfortable with my only request, and the manager did not owe much either. I don't want this to happen to someone else. IF YOU CAN STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE. I HAD HEARD SOMETHING SIMILAR LAST YEAR FROM SOMEONE, AS IT'S CLOSE TO WHERE I LIVE, I DECIDED TO TRY IT ANYWAY. THANK YOU FOR READING.
